- PLPerpetual Learning6 days ago1.0Service was very bad, the front desk lady tried to take my down comforter that I brought and started to touch my stuff. They lied when they said what the cost would be and charged my card 3 times the rate and said their was a hold. I'm addition, this place charges a security deposit per day. Do so if you stay 5 days and they charge$50, what they don't tell you is you will be charged $250. They are rude and their kitchenette does not work. I would never recommend this place. Not safe
- TSTheresa SearsAug 6, 20262.0Room was in very poor condition: frayed carpet, 1 dining chair that was close to falling apart, holes in the duvet cover, etc., etc. While we didn't find any bed bugs there were other dead bug casings along the baseboards. Had we not just driven nearly 24 hrs, we would've turned right back around. We've stayed at other Candlewood properties, and none of them have been this bad. The only positive was the girl at the front desk. She was very pleasant.

- RERBM EOEMay 18, 20264.0Room was not a suite but simply an average sized hotel room. Comfortable, clean, and did have a small kitchen with a full sized fridge. It was humid in the room upon entry. Turned the a/c down and that seemed to take care of it. Staff very friendly, helpful, and professional. Reasonably priced but was disappointed that the room was so small and not a suite. Would use again when in the area and will now know what to expect.

Maybe it’s just today, but today my room was supposed to be serviced it was not. I am glad I chose to launder my sheet on Friday. The kicker was getting out of the shower after my 12 hour day and finding the most unclean looking towel to dry myself with. Just ugh!😩 I just wanted the floor vacuumed and clean towels.
