Worst hotel experience of my life. Fecal matter smeared on the inside of the toilet lid on arrival. Hotel staff refused to clean it so I had to purchase disinfecting wipes and clean it myself. Later that evening, the toilet tank stopped filling with water, so toilet would not flush. Then, the tub would not drain and I found a very long hair in my bed. The following day (after checking out, unfortunately), I discovered BED BUG BITES in a cluster on my arm. Upon reaching out to the hotel and the corporate office, their response was that I had not been bitten by bed bugs (basically calling me a liar, despite never seeing a picture that I offered to send them several times) and that the best they could do was a refund of 25%. No thank you! I've stayed in Motel 6's that were better than this place. NEVER AGAIN! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Sam is one of the nicest and funniest guys. The staff is always super friendly and understanding. I’ve stayed here a lot and every time it’s top tier service.

This place was great in the beginning but what I find crazy is that we paid cash as the deposit but refused to give our money without inspection. Idk why he couldn't go inspect it. The whole reason for cash was for us to get it back instantly. We paid DAILY. Made them more money, but didn't have the courtesy to go and check. They want to hold it for 3 days? The customer service was horrible. another is We one time put a wrong date and they refused to help us get it situated. The only problem they had with us is that we had a hard time paying daily. But on one income. Never have I ever witnessed such trash in a best western. Oh and the water pressure is horrible!! No good showers there. Please take before pictures so they dont put anything on you. I did. NEXT!!
