- SMSamuel MettlenApr 26, 20265.0SHOUT OUT TO SAI!!! Thank you sir for the quick fix and no stress added. Your customer service was amazing. We book thru Priceline, we was able to get an early check-in which was very awesome at the time since we arrived earlier than expected. We book a 2 queen and layout sofa suite. The A/C was having some troubles keeping up. Which we gave about 4 hours to cool off. I went down stairs talked to SAI he immediately took action, he switched us rooms no issue. Just to make sure the room was good and cold, even had some small talk along the way. Magnolia grill, went down had some drinks and some appetizers. Angel who was bartender, top notch service, had nice conversations as well. Then the breakfast which is going to be down at the magnolia grill. Very nice set up. Good breakfast too. I’ve stayed at numerous hotels over my life span. This by far, with the little bit of trouble that got fixed. Has been a very enjoyable stay. Thanks.

The amount of amenities in my room alone is noteworthy; the hotel itself has soooooo much more to offer. Definitely a must if you value good service and tranquility.

They should remove that misleading information. It’s the only reason we chose the hotel for our kids.

The breakfast is not included with the rooml which is very disappointing. The cost is $9.99 per person for all you can eat but that's too much for a simple coffee and muffin.

What means the most is that I needed help adjusting my reservation, the manager, Kynn Robinson, was extremely helpful and friendly. Great customer service goes A VERY LONG WAY. Thank you Kynn!
