  Currently, we are long term “residents” searching for a permanent place to live. Everyone has been very accommodating, especially Dani, Jennifer, and Jaelyn . So far so good. Extremely quiet people wise, besides the road right outside. Fire department is right across the street so sirens are very common, but not unusual if you’re already used to the Houston/Tomball area. Main street is literally 5 minutes away, and there are always free and fun events going on. During this extended stay, we have utilized these opportunities.

  Disappointing stay – wouldn't recommend at all! Where to start? Breakfast was poor/limited compared to other Staybridge I’ve stayed in – the person in charge barely refilled anything, and sometimes there was no orange juice at all. The pool was closed during my entire stay (3weeks). Housekeeping was practically non-existent – had to chase them for basic service. Front desk staff were unhelpful and dismissive, sometimes they take to 20min to show on the front desk ( I was sitting in the lobby and wanted to change the TV channel, asked for the remote, the front desk lady said that they are not suppose to change the channel, really? ) the elevator buttons are ridiculously tough to push—took multiple tries every time. Small thing, but annoying when it's constant. To top it off, the shuttle just sits parked at the entrance permanently, blocking the entry. Plenty of better options nearby – save yourself the headache.

  I booked 3 rooms back in March 2026 for a July 31st date of same year. Five days prior to July 31st I received a phone call from Staybridge stating that their boiler broke and they will not have hot water for the weekend we chose. Did we want to cancel or change dates? Really? We were going to a wedding that weekend..so not changing of dates. They did not offer a sincere apology, they did not offer to help us arrange another nearby hotel or even give us names of possible other properties nor did they offer to pay the difference in cost. I get that things happen that may be out of their control (boiler breaking) but they handled the situation with a total lack of consideration and respect. It wasn't the boiler that was the problem it was the way they handled it...which says to me that they do not value their clients.
