  The hotel could use a good cleaning. There was trash on the hallway floors that didn't move during my one night stay.

  Had a emergency come up that will result in my needing to cancel the reservation. On the site they did not offer a flexible rate, but the trip was an emergency so I had to take it. Now they are delaying that trip. I wanted to ask if it was possible to waive the cancellation fee, due to the unfortunate circumstances. Although I attempted many times to reach out to the front desk over the last few days. Every time I call it get the immediately put on hold or the call just drops. I understand that the nonflexible rate has a more rigid cancellation time, so if it wasn't possible it's okay I just thought I'd see my options but I never got that far. Even when reaching out to Diamond Elite support they could not reach the front desk. This is day three of trying to contact them. My complaint is mostly due to the neglect of the customers, especially being a diamond elite, I would expect at least the courtesy of an explanation. If it didn't work out in my favor, I'm fine with that but don't ignore guests. Honestly seems like a dodged bullet, if this location cares so little about current guests think how they treat potential guests. Just very unprofessional. I will stay far away from this place. Keep my $99, the fee is worth the audit on the location.

  Smelled like straight weed everywhere. Elevators smells like a construction working coming off a 16 hour summer day. Room seemed clean but still felt filthy after walking to the room. I also couldn’t find the quarter slots on the bed anywhere. But I’m kinda glad I didn’t. It may have prevent that spring from stabbing my kidney.

  Run down. Minimal service. You get your towels and toilet paper from front desk. Room floors were not clean. Very small room. Kitchen very small. Hardly any counter space. Minimal items in kitchen. Full size frig. Tiny counter stovetop. Will not return to this hotel. 2 parking slots near front, and 2 handicapped slots near front door. Rest of parking at back of building, limited parking on the left side of hotel.
