  Clean hotel with kitchenette and utensils. The pool was very nice with a hot tub available. I was just a little disappointed that there is no breakfast served.

  Shouts out to Julia at the counter for being so hospitable towards us. After getting in after a long trip, she got us checked in and handed our room cards in a timely manner. I have to agree the rooms are dated a bit, but the location and amenities for the price outweigh a few minor cleanliness issues. The common areas and halls are well maintained and the location is rather quiet for being right near I-45 The kitchenette and addition of basic utensils and a minimilistic set of appliances makes planning a short stay rather viable. Our room was a disability friendly room with a walk in shower. Suitable for those that are blind with limited mobility. And shouts out to being a safe place for LBGTQIA folx

  As much as I hate to do this because the service is solely based on 1 individual I have to. I’ve been overcharged and treated as if I wasn’t a Customer and rudely spoken to and something needs to be done. There is an assistant manager by the name of ERICA that works here that is extremely rude, unprofessional, dishonest and discriminatory towards certain guests. She talks amongst other hotel guest about people’s personal situations and more. I have reported her previously to higher up which seems to explain why she treats me in the manner she does at this point. I have stayed at this hotel several times without ever having a problem with any staff until she arrived. I am a Diamond Elite member with IHG and travel cross country for work. I stay in multiple hotels in different locations across this country and out. The level of rudeness I have experienced from this young lady is insane. She has charged my card for late check outs after approving them but one time I didn’t even check out, I extended the stay. Now I’m being charged for an Iron that was never in the room and reported along with other issues in the room. As much as I Love working with ALL the other staff because they are Super friendly, welcoming and helpful, she has absolutely ruined it for me. Mrs. Dana, Julie, Heather, April and Mr Luke are all Wonderful. If you deal with Erica at check in or check out make sure you don’t get on her bad side, tell her anything personal and Please pay attention to your charges on your Folios! This will definitely be my last stay

  Very disappointing experience at Candlewood Suites – The Woodlands. On the morning of my stay, there was no running water, which was a major inconvenience and prevented me from showering and properly getting ready for my day. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. I contacted the hotel multiple times trying to resolve the issue, and Manager Ericka and other staff members were extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I was repeatedly placed on hold, hung up on, and had my calls ignored. I would call back, be placed on hold again, and then the call would be disconnected without any resolution. Having no running water is already unacceptable for a paid hotel stay, but the way management handled the situation made the experience even worse. I expected basic customer service, accountability, and an effort to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, I received none of those. I would not recommend this location based on my experience, and I am still requesting a full refund for a stay where a basic necessity was not provided.
