  the customer service representative are one of a kind. I think breakfast would be a great asset to the hotel...it's nice and ducked off...

  Amber at the front desk is the best! She is always so helpful, bubbly, fun to talk to, and gets the job done. Every time I travel to the area, I exclusively use this hotel because she is there. If there is ever something wrong or you ever need ANYTHING, she is on it. She never makes me feel like a burden or like I’m asking for too much. I look forward to my next hotel stay here, she always makes it better.

  So I stayed at the 17525 Saint Luke's way location from the 5th Aug to the 7th of August everything was OK up until the point i was supposed to get my deposit back...what an unprofessional establishment, their employees all who i came in contact with need to be trained and retrained (ESPECIALLY) the "Supervisor" Erica, she's in quotes because I dont believe she can ever be a supervisor.... so I was advised by several front desk employees from my many calls that my deposit was refunded to my account almost 20 days later no refund.... I called today and had the displeasure of speaking with Erica who refused to listen to anything I had to say after catching her in a lie as to why my money wasnt refunded and she continued to talk over me the entire call trying to make claim that I was being loud when in fact I only raised my voice after realizing I wasnt going to get very far with her level of incompetence....she tried to tell me the reason my money was refunded was because I asked for a room with 2 queen beds and when I told her nothing went like that she refused to listen to me from then on......this is crazy each person gave me a different story so BEWARE!!!! To add to my review of how disgusting this hotels staff is, they posted a response to my review stating to call them ive called 3 days in a row to speak to someone other than the employee I keep getting (ERICA) who has hung up on me 4 times today BTW...lied stating her name is (JULIE) How is this acceptable? This is unacceptable and i will be filing a claim with the better business bureau.....please check your receipts when booking at this place seeing that they hire incompetent employees and have no care about resolving their fraudulent business practices
