  L'hôtel est situé sur une voie a 4 bandes hyper bruyante. Piscine également située le long de cette route. Les parois de la piscine mériteraient un bon coups de nettoyage car beaucoup de zones vertes. Jaccuzi hors service ! Chambres paires avec vue sur station essence et relais routier poids lourds qui laissent tourner le moteur toute la nuit pour la climatisation. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, seul bémol, les fenêtres ne sont pas ouvrantes d'où petite odeur de renfermé.

  Terrible place. The hotel smells strongly of dampness and there's mold in the air vents. The smell is so strong that we all started getting headaches, burning eyes, and noses. We also all started experiencing horrible tachycardia. We went down to the lobby to ask for a refund, but they refused. We paid $430 for two nights—money wasted. I don't recommend it. We made the reservation online without reading the reviews.

  We booked the other room for two nights; upon arrival, there was a strong smell of dampness. When we entered the room, the odor was much stronger, and we started getting headaches, our eyes and noses began to sting, and our heart rates spiked. Since my child has asthma, we decided to go down to the lobby to cancel, but they refused to refund our money. It’s a terrible place; I do not recommend it.

  The only reason I am not giving this place 5 stars is because when we checked in the man working the front desk was so incredibly rude, unprofessional and just plain mean. I prepaid for my room online just like every other year and was told I needed to pay an additional $100. We have been going to this hotel for 3 years before our cruises and this was the first time I had to do this. I asked him about it and was told "She has always done it. " I still have no clue who "she" is. Buuh he them said I could take it up with her because he didn't want to deal with her and continued to speak to me like I was dumb. So I just went to my room and stayed away from him the rest of the night. The morning staff was very nice though and did let me know that I was not paying anything, they just used the card for incidentally which I am aware is common practice. Had the man working on the evening allowed me to ask clarifying questions instead of demanding $100 this confusion could have been avoided. Other than this the hotel served it's purpose. Breakfast is more of a snack before barbarian and grabbing thay first Guys Burger. Morning staff is the reason we keep going back.

  Booked a room and arrived to find out that they have a room limit of 4 people. So my family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids, couldn’t stay here. After the front desk guy called the owner, she said we could stay here but would be charged $15 more. What a joke. Cancelled the reservation and will be finding another place to stay
