The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean ( a little dated) but well kept. The bed was comfortable, I usually don’t sleep well but slept good.

I arrived late, around 11:30pm, just needed a place to sleep before heading out in the morning. I was worried that it might be loud from people coming back from bars and what not. However, I was surprised by how quiet and comfortable it was!
Spoke with the front desk the next morning and they said that a lot of shift workers stay their, and it is always a quiet place to stay.

My family & stayed there July 24 through July 26. We have a daughter that moved close to the area. This was our first visit and was looking forward to trying your motel as we stay in Best Western all over. This was by far the worst experience to date at any hotel. We get checking in and 1st thing gtetting out of our vehicle in the ♿️ parking we were all five swarmed with mosquitoes. We get checked in and are walking to our room a massive leak from the celing right outside our door. This was not a new leak and smelled of mildew horribly. Get into our room and NO TV. It tells us to call the front desk. I call and man said we were one of three others with this issue. My husband handles TV issue. Clerk came and said they'd have to call dish or whomever and would give us a credit. I was trying to get 2 grandkids settled at the pool and could NOT even stay outside due to massive around of mosquitoes. Kids had to stay in the water or get ate up. Back in the room, unhappy husband with NO TV, kids back in the room and go to shower. The worst spidered looking rust spots in the tub. We just settle in knowing we were at the site seeing all the next day. Back late Saturday night. Celing was at least all taken out to dry out maybe. Still NO TV. Showered and bed.
I go to check out and talk to the young lady at the desk. After standing there 10 minutes and hitting the bell. With someone sitting in that back room the whole time. Finally a different lady comes and I check out explaining all to here and what the man said about the credit. She said she would forsure check with him and get him to honor that. Monday at work I just happened to check my statement and ....not only NO credit! But I was billed and not even checked out until Monday. The lady I was speaking too Cora was the rudest person I think I have ever talked to. She didnt want to listen that I checking out SUNDAY. And when I was telling her our situation. She actually told me I should of LEFT since we were not happy.
Pissed now at this point I wanted to speak with someone else and our the Manager or Owner. I ended that call!
She ended up calling me back and I did not want to speak to her any further. To have someone call me. She did say she did a credit for that day and saw I checked out Sunday.
That was all fine and good. But, I requested a call back! I waited a few weeks and called back myself. This same lady answered, but pretending NOT to be her. I still left another message for the MGR / owner to call me.
I have yet to hear anything.

You first walk into a nice regular looking hotel, service didn't seem to care at all about what they were doing. You get your room key, start walking down the hall and start to catch on to a musky smell. And then it hits you, BAM. A wave of humidity and mold. You try to ignore the smell but can't. You then go to lay down in the bed you paid an outrageous price for and feel your sheets. They're practically wet. You sit on your damp sheets and want to turn your bedside light on. Nope, doesn't work. You go to turn the other one on, nope doesn't work either. You finally find a lamp that at last, works, you go to close your curtains and geuss what, they're barely functioning. You finally get them to work and close and go lay down in your sheets that feel like they have already been wetted. But you can't get sleep. What a surprise. Also, a review 11 months ago about the moldy smell and you still haven't gotten that fixed. Had a terrible stay at the worst western.

Unfortunately, my stay began with an off-putting check-in experience, and the room itself only made matters worse.
As soon as I walked into room #103, I was hit with a strong moldy, musty odor. After looking around, it wasn't difficult to see why. There appeared to be mold or mildew growth above the closet door, the sheer curtains were stained and dirty, there was dirt/ or mildew around the ceiling fire sprinkler, something dirty on the walls, damage to the bathtub, and black duct tape covering part of the bathroom floor where the floor drain is. I even found a dead worm on the carpet.
I was only staying one night, and after my experience at check-in I wasn't interested in spending my evening arguing over a different room. I simply dealt with it and left the next morning.
I don't recommend this unless things change for the better. Especially for almost $175 a night.
