- RHRandall HaneySep 5, 20265.0Very friendly and cheerful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Large room with large refrigerator and freezer. We slept very well and we will stay here again when we pass through Texarkana.
- VKVallerie KlingbeilAug 31, 20261.0This hotel and management is awful. The prices a year ago were way better. They painted the walls and increased the rates seemingly 40%. Some staff members are friendly and professional. The general manager had a terrible attitude when “assisting” with resetting my keys. My keys were reset twice during my 4 night reservation. My room was not cleaned at all during my stay even with the sign left off of the door for housekeeping. The front desk was inadequately staffed and the wait was extremely long to be assisted with getting back into my room. The elevator was out of service nearly every day during my stay as well. It also smells terrible in this building. Not worth the price. One shoutout: Mariah has a great attitude when she is the person working front desk.

The only thing is that there is no USB port anywhere so you must have your own. Other than that, a perfect place to stay. When traveling through Texas in the future, I will stay here again. I give this place and staff a Texas sized YEEE HAW!!

Grounds were clean and well kept, and good spots to take our dog out when needed. The Cupboard area, which had extra items, like snacks and laundry detergent for guest laundry, was a great convenience for us to complete our laundry. And great location for good restaurants, Walmart, and movies within 4-7 minutes of the hotel. Overall, experience here was 5 out of 5. A great experience for our 3 nights here for us and our dog.
