  If I could give this place no stars I would. First off the lady that booked me in the first night, charged my card twice because of an error on their end! Then gave me a room that a housekeeper forgot to clean so she switched me to another room. Turns out I had to wait a couple days to get the money back to my card because of a mistake on their end! On top of that the staff was rude and unhelpful with their attitude. People were also popping into the room unannounced as well. Don’t recommend staying here.

  I read mixed reviews about this place and realize that those negative reviews must of just been some Karen people. I personally had a wonderful experience. The lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating, the housekeeping team was very nice and thorough. The room was exceptionally clean it did NOT have any funny smells or bugs, the bed was very comfortable, and their complementary breakfast was great. The location was perfect it was directly across the street from the venue that we were going to and literally right around the corner from the outlet mall for shopping. Oh and most of all the price was incredibly great for the quality of the room. If I am ever in Terrell, Tx for the night I will most definitely stay there again

  Very quiet place. Nice cozy room. Out facing door, had enough parking that I could park right outside my window. Nice cold room. Hot shower. Nice firm bed.

  Lisa and Megan… even ms Debra (after we had our talk) was great in customer service. We’ve been here for over 3 weeks and everyone is great. We don’t always get room service because we’re here for so long. But I’ve been told it is a standard to only get room service every 3-5 days according to housekeeping. Lisa and ms Megan have gone above the standard to help us. There are really no “safe” places for a single woman to sit at night. We are forced to sit on the steps that has no ventilation and very little lighting, with pigeon poop 💩 that is cleaned daily. It is filthy and needs to be re-visited. We need a safe, clean place as first responders to sit and decompress before we face another 16hr shift. Please do better. Ms Debra is a good leader but her predecessor’s are excellent people and excel in above and beyond customer service. We enjoyed our stay but begging for toilet paper and towels is uncouth. Ms Nicole, in housekeeping because she asks if we need anything and is kind. But my best friend that is a legally blind veteran has no idea what we need. So we go without. Btw, the assistant manager apparently wanted to confront me, he has my contact information… please reach out. I am an open book.

  The woman on staff at check-in was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast was fine. I didn't love the AI reservation system. It was way more complicated than it needed to be. It was dog-friendly, which is great. It's a good value for the money.
