  Extremely disappointing experience — poor management and customer service. This hotel was extremely dirty, and unfortunately, the management made the experience even worse. My dad had booked a room here and called the night before the reservation to ask about canceling. He was told that he needed to call back the following day, so that is exactly what he did. When he called the next day, he was then told that because he had called the day of the reservation he could not cancel. This was completely unfair, especially since he had followed the instructions he was given by the hotel.( he called 24 hours to before to cancel and they told him to call the next day smells like a scam to me. When he tried to explain the situation, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. He left a negative review based on his experience, and the hotel then put him on a “no more booking” list simply because he left a bad review. What makes this even more frustrating is that the actual company later reviewed the situation, refunded him and apologized, confirming that the situation was not his fault. Our family had planned to stay here almost every other weekend, with several different family members booking rooms regularly. They have now lost a significant amount of repeat business over something that could have easily been handled with basic customer service and professionalism. The condition of the hotel was disappointing, but the way management treated a paying customer/ could have been customers was even worse. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking here.

  Will never stay here again. Be sure to check your cancellation policy because they will not bend to accommodate under any circumstance. I lost all my points even though they had rooms available and could not refund the points. Very rude attitude from the manager and even as a silver elite member was treated very poorly. Stay away from this hotel
