  Management is awesome here. Extremely approachable and kind. This is a good location to walk to an Applebee's through the back side where there is a dirt path. They have a fresh free coffee machine that's 24/7. A good size breakfast with options that is open for a while in the morning. Amazing water pressure, so hot it turned me pink 😂. I appreciate everything y'all did for us!!!

  This past week was our third time staying here over the last 2 years. The staff was friendly and courteous, the rooms were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast.

  We have stayed here multiple times a year for the past ten years or so. Staff is always very friendly and accommodating-many have worked there for a long time, and we know them on a first name basis! Breakfast has many choices, and always ready on time. Front desk are friendly and ready to serve. The hotel cleaning staff are courteous. It’s our home away from home when we travel to Temple, Tx.

  I stayed at the Holiday Inn Temple for two nights during a business trip, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. While the rooms were clean and generally pleasant, the overall stay was disappointing. Hospitality should come with a basic level of courtesy, regardless of whether it’s a luxury hotel or not. The front desk staff, literally all of them, could benefit from a more welcoming and professional approach, something as simple as a smile and polite interaction goes a long way. One of the most frustrating issues was the fire alarm going off briefly multiple times throughout the second night. It was disruptive and affected sleep. When I asked about it the next morning, the only response I received was, “I don’t know, I wasn’t here.” No explanation, no follow-up, and not even an apology. That lack of concern was surprising. Additionally, the room temperature control was inconsistent. While the A/C initially reached the desired temperature, it did not maintain it overnight and seemed to restart in the morning, which made the room uncomfortable. Overall, while the rooms themselves were fine, the lack of customer care made this stay disappointing.
