  This is an awesome place where everyone is so polite and courteous! Nastassia was one of the staff members who were fantastic and helped so much with tech issues. Fantastic service and awesome staff! Also, Veronica was exceptionally helpful and informative about points and helping with hotel information! Just great service!

  I gave them my email when I made the reservation. My email is also on my IHG account which they have. They asked me again to verbally spell out email when I checked in, and even after confirming that matched what was on my account, they make me write my email down again, and then complain about my handwriting. Ive never had a holiday inn hound me for my email before this. I figured I could leave this review for you just in case you couldn't find my email any other way

  From my initial reservation to the wonderful customer service by Nastassia, the front desk clerk that checked us in, I was completely impressed! We are definitely looking forward to returning to this great location! Thank you for all you do Nastassia!!

  I stay in hotels about 300 nights a year and primarily stay IHG. This particular location has one of my higher reviews. They got 5 stars from me simply because their house keeping knows how to hang toilet paper properly and i didn't have to fix it!! First hotel room in close to a year that had the toilet paper hung correctly. Im actually being serious about that!!! Check in was very friendly, professional, polite and informative. The hotel has been through a renovation and you can tell it's been a while ago but it doesn't really take away from the quality. There are places where there has been damage to walls or base boards maybe in need of new wall paper here and there if you look closely, but this hotel is clean comfortable and quiet. One of the quieter locations ive been at in the past month. Ive enjoyed sitting outside just wish there was a better outside sitting area beside the one bench at the front door. It is away from the highway enough you do not hear the road traffic. I do wish the water pressure better though. I will be back if in the area again, all in all this was a great stay.   I was so impressed with the lady named Veronica who helped us with our reservation. She was very kind, extremely knowledgeable, and well trained at her job. It’s hard to find dedicated people like her these days.
