  This place is a total dump!!! If I could give it negative stars I would... filthy, run down, out dated dump. One of the worst places I have ever stayed. Broken and loose tiles in bathroom floor. Dirty carpets, broken light fixtures, broken fridge, non working TV, busted sheet rock, pool shut down and out of service, uncomfortable beds, no working cardio equipment in tiny workout area (3 pieces of cardio equipment.. 1 bike. 1 elliptical, and 1 treadmill), biggest weight only a 30lb dumbell (only 4 sets of dumbells and no other weight equipment... furniture that looked like it was a roadside pick up, rooms smelled like a nasty locker room.... Doors would not shut on their own. You had to forcefully close them and check to make dure they were latched..... and I could keep going on. Standing in the lobby it was a continuous stream of people that were making complaints about broken and non working items in their room along with needing sheets replaced because they were nasty....

  Stayed on a work trip. Hotel is getting pretty run down and dated. Front desk staff was fairly helpful maybe a little distracted by her phone. First room I was assigned to didn’t have a card reader. Went down to the front desk and was assigned a new room. Went up and card didn’t work. Went back down to have card programmed. Finally got into my room and after working out in the sun and dust all day I wanted to wash up. No hand wash in the room. Went back down to the front desk to ask for hand soap. I was told that they were out of hand soap…. How does that happen? Fix I was told to use the body wash in the shower. Now, the beds and sheet. Sheets have definitely seen they’re used and are starting to come apart, the bed feels like it’s 30years old and rock hard. Had to unplug the fridge in the room, it was louder than the AV unit on continuous fan on high. Terrible night sleep only to work a 14hr shift on 5hrs of sleep. TV and AC worked. I will try the Hilton next door next time.

  Tesla Supercharger here, no trash cans - garbage all over the place. My 2 year old had to use the rest room, walked in - bathrooms right in the lobby and the front desk refused to open it for her. That's the quality and service you get here at the Holiday Inn, stick to the Hilton or Hyatt people

  Tesla users are treated as second class citizens. Locals can use the bathroom and guests but the owner specifically doesn't want Tesla users to use the restroom facilities. Traveling with two kids under 3 with no close facilties to walk towards safely with small chilsren . It would be nice to know the owner of the hotel is against Tesla owners all while hosting a hotel and the charging location before we chose this route. I hold a gold elite membership for IHG which means nothing to this hotel owner and chain at Sweetwater. I will escalate this up to corporate about this franchise and will make sure I never do business with this franchise partner who owns any other businesses... Aziz Jamal & Farid Ali you guys are horrible business owners. Ill make sure to avoid future business with Elite Sw Hospitality, LLC.

  Horrendous experience. Extremely disappointing experience, especially from a Holiday Inn Express property hosting Tesla Superchargers. We stopped here specifically because of the Tesla Superchargers located on the property. While charging, we asked if our two children, both under four years old, could use the lobby restroom. Staff flatly refused because we were not currently hotel guests. We explained that we had two very young, recently potty-trained children who simply cannot “hold it” the way an adult can, and the staff remained completely unwilling to accommodate us or show even basic compassion. These weren’t restrooms inside a guest room or a restricted guest area. We asked to use the lobby restroom. What exactly is the point of having lobby restrooms if staff cannot exercise enough discretion to let two very young children use them in an urgent situation? It is particularly frustrating for a hotel to serve as a Tesla Supercharger destination, bringing travelers onto its property to charge, while refusing something as basic as restroom access during the stop. To make matters worse, the exterior and grounds were poorly maintained, with trash and weeds throughout the property. Between the condition of the grounds and the complete lack of hospitality from the staff, this location left an awful impression. We are also IHG Gold Elite members and regularly give our business to IHG properties when traveling. We weren’t asking for special treatment because of our status; we were asking for a small amount of basic human decency for two little kids. But knowing that we are loyal IHG customers makes the treatment even more disappointing. This experience has seriously changed how we view the IHG brand. If this is the level of hospitality we can expect, we will be taking our hotel business elsewhere when traveling across the country.
