I would NEVER recommend this place the manager S. is not running a business professionally . When your flight is cancelled and the entire airport is cancelled . You should be able to get a refund. Everything as approved for refund except this manager. Beware of this hotel!!!!
Pool is nasty with all kinds of stuff floating around and the yogurt machine running out all over the cabinet...I think it's inspection time!
Ww are checking out and going to Hampton Inn down the street.

In the first room they gave us, the refrigerator didn't work and it smelled bad. The second room had wet carpet that smelled bad. The elevators quit working. The manager refused to talk to me about the issues. Be wise. Run from this place.
This was the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE we have ever had with reserving a room. We went online booked and PAID the room. When we got there after a 4 to 5 Hour drive, we were told that our reservation had been canceled and we had already paid for the room. I made a mistake and did not change my card number for the new number. The other one had just expired. The staff NEVER got ahold of us to let us know. They had ALL of my information but felt the need to LIE and say they did not have my cellphone number. When we ask, if there was another room available, they just flat out said no And offered us nothing. Keep in mind WE ALREADY PRE-PAID AND SOMEHOW THEY DID DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. We were very RUDELY informed we had to go find another room "somewhere else" and our money would be refunded in 10-14days. Makes no sense. If our card was declined then how did they deduct the room charge? This now left us searching for another room, at another place, and we would be out the money we paid for THAT room. So tell me.....does this make any sense? The desk clerk was extremely rude and had no interest in helping us in any way!!!! Needless to say....BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AND TAKE EXTRA FUNDS WITH YOU OTHERWISE YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN MIGHT BE SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR FOR THE NIGHT!!!! I guarantee it will not happen to us again Oh!!!! We even had a confirmation and paid receipt. Otherwise we probably wouldn't have gotten a refund

If I could give zero stars ,I would I came from out of town. I had had a room booked with them for over two weeks for a cheer competition at Tarleton that one of my daughters was competing in ,so we were very excited to come in and stay and check out the little town, I even decided to stay an extra day and make a vacation out of it. When I went to check in with my reservation I was asked what I was there for so I informed front young lady and I even told her that I had decided to stay an extra day so that we could enjoy their pool, which was absolutely beautiful from the pictures Except she looked at me and said I am so sorry but it has been out since memorial day so I said well is there a way for me to get a refund because that is one of the main reasons that I booked your hotel was due to your pool and how it was covered and where it was located, she informed me she would have to get a hold of the manager who is on vacation so she came back to me a few minutes later she said that she had gotten a hold of her and that she would issue a refund but because I had paid through a third-party that we would have to wait till she came back so I called the next day and asked about any clarification on the refund and was told that when she came back from vacation, the manager ,That they would let me know and that they had all of my information ,so I decided that I would go through Booking.com where I had booked it and they came back and told me that they cannot reach an agreement with this hotel and if they were only going to give me $34.17 back into a Credit Not even a refund and so I called the hotel once again today I was told that the manager was still out on vacation so I asked when she would be back I was told sometime next week I said well is there a date I was told they didn’t know ,it would’ve been nice for them to have sent me an email updating the status on one of their main amenities so that I could’ve had time to decide whether or not I wanted to stay at that hotel ,instead I had to go rent another hotel right at the last minute there in Stephenville ,because I had my younger niece and my daughter that I was going to pick up after the camp and that was one of the main reasons that we stayed there so that they could have a little vacation , I feel as though because I paid through a third-party that I have just been completely looked over, I have now learned a lesson that when I rent a hotel, I will have to call 48 hours in advance to make sure that the things that I have seen online are still working and up-to-date and available so I am telling everyone else I would definitely do that call this hotel before you make the drive and you get there and you were told something like that
