  Nice hotel at the edge of town. Books quick during college weekends and the price sky rockets for what you get. Breakfast is small but they’ve got decent waffles and coffee. Couple fast food places within walking distance and room service option.

  Avoid at all costs — Complete rip-off and unacceptable experience! Do NOT stay at this location. Due to limited availability in the area, I was forced to pay an absurd $317 for a single night, expecting at least basic, clean, and functioning accommodations for that premium price. Instead, it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Where to even begin? * Broken Amenities & Tech: The elevator was completely out of service, forcing guests to haul luggage up the stairs. None of the advertised amenities were functional, and the TV in the room didn't work at all. * Lack of Cleanliness & Privacy: The bathroom toilet was dirty and the towels were dirty. To make matters worse, housekeeping tried to walk straight into my room in the morning without knocking first, which is a severe violation of basic guest privacy. * Horrible Customer Service: When I brought all of these major issues to management/front desk, they were extremely unhelpful and dismissive. Still haven’t heard from the manager. Instead of offering a refund, a partial credit, or any meaningful effort to make things right, Customer Service essentially brushed me off by offering to "add some points" to my account. Paying over $300 for a broken, dirty room with zero privacy and useless management is unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and money—find anywhere else to stay in Stephenville, even if you have to travel from another area!!!!

  This hotel authorized a charge for $120 without my authorization for what they say was a dirty hand towel. I would use extreme caution as they cannot be trusted. My hotel reservation was paid for in full through Priceline. Upon checking my credit card statement I noticed this charge listed as a miscellaneous/other transaction. This is sneaky, unethical, and a shady business practice. I have called to resolve multiple times but the manager refuses to return my call and provide the pictures of a dirty towel they claim they have but have not provided me with. BEWARE as I am certain this is a scam that has happened before. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

  I would NEVER recommend this place the manager S. is not running a business professionally . When your flight is cancelled and the entire airport is cancelled . You should be able to get a refund. Everything as approved for refund except this manager. Beware of this hotel!!!!
