In Stafford on a business trip for my husband. I work remote, so I chose this hotel because the office setup in the suites seemed the nicest. The hotel is ok. Pros: Nice kitchenette, adequately stocked with essentials like plates, utensils, pots and pans, full fridge, stove top, dishwasher with pods. Unusually nice silverware! Wine glasses, microwave bowls. This would really come in handy for long stays. Separate living room area, nice size, doors that close off to the bedroom. Bedding/sheets soft and comfortable. Decent office area in the suite. Chaise lounge-style couch in living room area. Bottles of nice bath products (Dove). Business center and gym were nice, as was the dining area. Good selection of hot breakfast. Seems to be the same menu. Staff here are excellent. Nice, safe location. Walking distance to a large shopping area with stores and restaurants, movie theater, and family Game Center (Main Event). Cons: In the suite: Mattress is not that comfortable, neither are the pillows. There are NO clocks in the room except microwave in the kitchen. I found this odd. I know we have phones with alarms, but very annoying. Couch fabric is dirty and just icky to sit on.There was some gooey stain on one of the cushions (🤢), so I flipped it. We used an extra sheet in the closet to lay over the cushions. DIRECT TV. Just….why??? Can’t hook up to streaming services or screen mirror so you’re stuck watching crappy cable tv that goes out every time it rains (because it’s Direct TV). Staying for 5 nights, this was one of the biggest negatives. I know… first world problems. It would have been nice to have a full length mirror or makeup mirror. Housekeeping came ONE time during our stay, and they did a fine job. Had I known I would only see them once, I wouldn’t have tipped them so much 😆and would have asked for a LOT more towels and wash cloths. You should know, they don’t do a full clean until day 7 (didn’t stay that long), nor do they come on the weekends. Prepare accordingly with your allocation of the two towels. As for the rest of the hotel: We stayed on the second floor. The hallway has a weirdly unusual smell that doesn’t go away (like mildewed carpet). The button to floor 2 only works sometimes. All in all- not too bad, and nothing that’s a major deal breaker (except Direct Tv, from which I understand takes an act of congress to get out of a contract with ). Hope this helps and you don’t judge me too harshly for my petty observances.

The property itself is fantastic. They are modern, bright, well-maintained, and equipped with clean, updated laundry facilities. Unfortunately, I’m deducting stars due to consistently poor service at the front desk. Out of four separate interactions with four different staff members, every single one was met with rudeness and mid-sentence interruptions. My requests were standard and reasonable—checking in early on a Monday, asking where to dispose of trash, inquiring about matching an online rate to extend my stay, and asking for fresh towels. I rarely let poor attitudes bother me, but the disrespect here was hard to ignore.

This place is a hidden gem. It's close to food, hwy 59 and 90, plus the breakfast and staff are great. I had an amazing experience. I got married while their and mentioned on text service when answering a review rating and we return to flowers, champagne, cake and a decorated room. They went over and above. Thank you all, Martha, the hotel manager, the head of house keeping, Renee, Stephanie and Raven, sorry to anyone I missed. Thank you all!

Their rooms are infested with mold. I stayed in room 202 and there was mold on the lamps, walls, chairs, bed frame and bathroom, I ended up getting sick and when I notified the manager she did not care.

Rooms are clean, quiet. The hotel itself is a bit older I think ... shows its age with some stains on the carpet for example. But it was clean, bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was an added bonus. Staff are friendly enough. Check in and out process is easy. Location was nice with a mini-mall atmosphere (lots of shopping and entertainment nearby).
