  We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn! The hotel was comfortable, smell good and the places we went to are very accessible to the hotel, and the breakfast experience was even better thanks to Maria. She was very friendly, and attentive, making us feel truly welcomed. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  The location of the hotel is great but that was about it. I booked a stay during the World Cup and the room I was given had a faulty AC unit. Once I inquired about it, I was told “ we forgot to mention that to you “ and when I inquired if anything could be done I was told they have to wait for another room to be available. Once I told them I’d rather just check out and get a refund since it hasn’t even been a full day, a room magically became available with a room that is only extremely cold. After me ruining around with my suitcases and going back to the front desk multiple times I was not compensated at all. The manager of this location was nowhere to be seen and I was promised a phone call that I never received. When I checked out, I was told again the manager would give me a phone call and then I would be compensated with Holiday Inn points. I received none of them. Very poor experience and I wished I never wasted my money at this location……

  Pretty good experience. Great breakfast courtesy Maria and Marina. Rooms are updated with good temperature control. Small tweaks needed room 423, flagging for the management: 1/ flush leaks, 2/ firm alarm make green flash every few seconds which is noticeable at night. Ample parking. There a couple of water dispensers available for refilling the water bottle. Free cookies from 5 to 8 pm.

  Danielle B is the manager that checked us out. She was helpful and friendly and politely laughed at my bad puns and Stayed two nights and can say this is one of the safest hotel experiences I’ve had in Houston over many visits. The hotel parking area is clean and well lit. The facilities are clean and well looked after. The room was clean and fresh: It didn’t have that damp smell I’ve encountered at other Houston hotels, particularly the Holiday Inn downtown. The coffee maker grinds the beans and brews it fresh every cup. The breakfast is free and is your standard fare of empty sugary carbs, skim milk “yoghurt” and my favorite: Decorative fruits posing as edible fruits. I digress.

  This was the best stay I've ever had. The room was immaculate! Smelled great everywhere! The front desk associate, Danielle B. was extra sweet and very helpful. Maria D. One of the cleaners I guess you call them, was amazing! Id definitely stay again and refer friends!
