  Rooms were clean including bathroom and walk-in shower. The room come with a 8 by 6 foot window that comes with a blackout blind on a track that totally keeps the room dark if needed. Interestingly hotel hires a person, not a security guard it looks like, to walk the parking lot late at night. I only noticed this because I went outside around 1am and saw him hanging outside and asked the front desk. So that's good news there's someone watching the vehicles, but may be an indication of past late night crime where the hotel needs to hires someone to walk the parking lot. This hotel also has two elevators that is nice to have. Down on 1st floor lobby area are two coffee machines that grinds coffee beans automatically right before brewing a cup of coffee, pretty cool. This location is easy to get to off the freeway. There is a 24 hour Mexican restaurant "Brendas Taqueria" right in front of the hotel.

  Stayed here for a night and couldn't be happier. Rooms were clean, customer service was great, breakfast hit the spot. Joe at the front very cool and helpful. Definitely recommend

  If I could give 0 stars i would! I have never in life at any hotels experienced a level of rudeness before like I have here. Once I walked in the no one was at the desk. A random man that did not look like he worked there was sitting in lounge area yelling wait 1 minute. 3 minutes later the lady comes from somewhere else and rudely asked what do you need. I asked are there any rooms? I see sold out but is that for the rooms. She stated if that’s what you see in the door then yes that’s what the sign says. She was a Hispanic lady and the guy was Hispanic as well. Although it was sold out you could have been a lot nicer than that and been clear on your note we’re sold out for the night simple as that.

  A front desk staff member at this hotel processed an unauthorized charge to my card. Make sure you check your statements/accounts for unauthorized charges if you are going to stay at this hotel. I was woken up at 3am to a message on the TV screen, (which was remotely turned on by the hotel staff), with my name on it, asking If I was ready to check out. In the room I was assigned to, I pulled back the comforter on the bed and saw blood on the comforter. If you intend to use your mobile devices, to include your cellphone, while at this hotel, on your mobile network, be cautious, to avoid having your login information for the accounts you are logging into, on your device, accessed without your permission.
