I have been calling the general manager all day and leaving voicemail and still haven’t received a call back yet. The customer service in the morning was horrible, employees had bad attitude. The toilet was stopped up and when I called I was told to come and get a plugger. I will not ever going to this hotel again in my life. I was only offered rewards and snacks when I asked for a better room when I paid my money to get a clean and nice room.

The room was nice and clean and the hotel itself was clean. The staff was very nice. The one and only compliant we had was the water pressure in the shower and the toilet were very low. Other than that if we are in this area we will definitely stay again.

Nothing wildly fancy, but clean, convenient, and comfortable, which honestly covers the bases when you just need a good place to land. The bed and pillows were comfy, and the towels were actually soft — which feels rare these days because so many hotel towels have the texture of recycled sandpaper. The location was also really convenient, which made everything easier. Overall, a good, no-drama stay.
