- APAlex P3 days ago1.0They have the audacity to charge $13.00 for breakfast Had I known that for $109.00 a night, I'd have booked another hotel The floors throughout the entire building have many weak points, that includes the elevators The lack of electrical outlets cannot be stressed enough The franchise owner should be ashamed of such low standards This isn't worth anyone's hard earned money With this economy... Don't bother with this location Do better!
- PSPeggy Sanchez5 days ago5.0I had a weird experience with my reservation. Lidney the front desk attendant was as helpful as she could be without her manager. Delightful even. While I was in my room trying to figure things out the AGM Aleena - came to my door. She was extremely helpful and resolved my issue immediately. Truth be told, we don't know what caused the problem or how it happened, but it was fixed and she even set up my ride to the office during my stay. I am so appreciative. Aleena was great. Great staff. Personable, service oriented, and happy to help in any way.

Only gripe I have is being blind sided for being charged $13.99 per person for breakfast. Lack of research on my end but they allowed us to walk into what I assumed was complimentary breakfast. We ate half of our breakfast to be approach to ask if we'd like it charged to our room or to pay there. Very unprofessional. They should of alerted us before serving our food that it was not free, young lady was slacking on paying attention only for us to pay the consequences for her actions. She informed her manager, not knowing exactly what she informed her manager has me questions exactly what was said but the manager cut little slack and charged us for 2 out of 3 breakfast. For $13.99 a person I gladly would of got my money's worth at an actual breakfast restaurant instead of a typical hotel breakfast. Only fancy thing was actual silverware and porcelain plates. The food tasted as equal as any other hotel breakfast. Let my unfortunate experience be your lesson, if you eat their breakfast, they will charge you. For this, overall experience ruined my morning. I think it was very unprofessional and for that reason alone I will never stay there again or recommend anyone to stay there.

I recommend replacing the carpet after testing my blackout light and seeing what the carpet looks like. Water pressure was great. Didn't have breakfast. The bar inside the hotel was not crowded. bartender was professional. Check-out was just as easy.
