  THIS HOTEL HAS BED BUGS. I should have known better and left the moment I saw black stains on the sheets and pillows. It’s giving me ptsd to even write this review.

  I can not brag about this hotel or it's beautiful staff enough. I have stayed in the Spring, TX area four different times and they have all been very pleasing. This location is top shelf and above the norm it's hospitality. I want to start off by mentioning Armando; the gentleman who checked me in the first night of this two night stay. He was very professional but not in a cold disconnected manner. He was pleasant to speak with and had a very friendly demeanor that was nothing short of inviting. He is a credit this industry. I wanted to be on the side of the hotel I parked my truck and trailer and Armando insisted on moving me if I so chose once I got to my room and found out my realitive position. I just simply moved my truck. There was no way I was going to inconvenience that man in his job by being a lazy patron. Lol. I will continue my doting and move onto Ms. Sheila B. If I am not mistaken she is the manager. She was is true treasure to encounter. Her smile was unbelievably radiant and a welcomed day brightener for what was about to be a long day filled with many miles. She had upgraded me to the king suite my first night before she left for the day and before I arrived. Needless to say I was NOT disappointed. The first night I was in room 233. It is an excellent room!! Ms. Sheila is a Godsend and showed me true compassion when I called and spoke with her after my checkout. Now last but most assuredly not least in the slightest is the night auditor Ms. Sharita. Once again I couldn't be more happily sated. Ms. Sharita checked me in the second night. I stayed in room 140. She actually remembered me from our brief interlude the night before. I was very impressed by that. She sees so many people in the environment, for her to immediately recall that she had seen me the night before for a few minutes is just a testament to her dedication and keen attention to detail when it comes to her patrons. She too is an absolute blessing to speak with. Her exceptionally soft demeanor and care for your comfortability is as top shelf as you could ever hope for. I appreciate all three of the wonderfully beautiful people. Now you couple those experiences with my rooms and how cozy they were I set this location to a FIVE STAR rating across the board. I travel a lot for work and I come through here a few times a year. I will most assuredly be placing this hotel as my preferred place to reside when I am around. I highly recommend H.I. & S to all of my fellow travelers.

  They have the audacity to charge $13.00 for breakfast Had I known that for $109.00 a night, I'd have booked another hotel The floors throughout the entire building have many weak points, that includes the elevators The lack of electrical outlets cannot be stressed enough The franchise owner should be ashamed of such low standards This isn't worth anyone's hard earned money With this economy... Don't bother with this location Do better!
