  As a Dimond member i am very disappointed in IHG and especially this specific hotel. The lady working the mornings needs a new job. Not only is she rude with an attitude that does not convey customer service or professionalism but is the opposite of polite. There had been an issue with the charge on my card night one, she proceeded to claim they needed an separate card from the company card i use religiously for IHG stays without ever an issue. Then i find out this woman working there charged my stay to both cards and not even the same amount to each card. There were zero attempts to contact me about the mistake they made, i had to reach out and work with someone higher up to identify and correct the problems she caused. Not to mention the added 2 weeks to see if the correction reflects on my banks. Last time i stay there and they have potentially cost IHG a long time member if not made right.

  I really liked that this hotel was close to many restaurants (some even within walking distance).The front desk staff was very friendly and always greeted their patrons with a smiling face. I especially liked that they had a welcome white board and wrote down the names (just first name) of all the patrons that were checking in for the evening. I also liked that they locked the doors after 10pm and you had to have a key to enter the hotel, it made me feel a little safer. If in the area, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Thanks for a hospitable stay.

  Holiday Inn Spring/Woodlands is an older property but is well maintained and looks like some upgrades have been implemented. Check-in was fast and easy. Important items I look for: Quiet for sleep – surprisingly good seeing as this is right off I-45; bed comfort – good; water pressure – very strong; hot water – plentiful; WiFi – no problems with streaming. This location is close to restaurants, gas stations, shopping, and entertainment. Overall, the room was clean, nicely arranged, and I had no problems and would stay on this property again! One note…seems the free buffet breakfast is a thing of the past as the cost for this location was $13.
