  Staff seems nice. It is in a smaller area and not on a major freeway but if you stay in the rooms close to the road you're going to hear a lot of bass sound systems throughout the night. The air conditioner works great. The shower is the best water pressure and hot water I've ever had in a hotel. Bathtub is older but fine for a shower. Bedding seemed very clean. Room had a little bit of a musty smell. The detail about all holiday inn Express that upsets me is, I always put 4 adults coming and there are always only 3 big towels, if the room is 2 queens there should be a minimum of 4 big towels. They all need to work on this. The breakfast was ok they had out all the fixins for oatmeal by I asked to get some bc there was none and the lady said none today. Not sure why the fixins were out just getting wasted. This was a Sunday seems like they would have everything out for vacationing especially Labor Day weekend. No coffee maker in the room.

  This is a very good hotel but it struggles with its outside maintenance. I’ve been there often on since June a lot of the same trash in the parking lot the person mowed yesterday and did not pick up the trash yet again.

  If you need a Holiday Inn Express, stay in Sweetwater or another town instead. If you need to stay in Snyder, the cheapest fleabag motel around probably has better service. Overnight front desk clerk could only get us checked in to one room of our two-room booking. Kept me waiting about half an hour while she fought with the computer. Eventually programmed keys for a second room and made a note for day shift manager to finish our check-in. Second room turned out to be only somewhat clean. Hair in bathtub, broken tub strainer, dust and rust on air vents, dust and mildew in A/C. Every time A/C compressor cycled off, whole unit started shaking and rattling very loudly; woke me multiple times overnight. Could not locate front desk clerk or any other staff again that night before going to bed. Never saw a manager or any English-speaking staff the next morning; breakfast and housekeeping staff seemed to be Spanish-speaking only. Could not locate a manager or owner-operator name posted anywhere in the room, lobby, or at the front desk. Management told IHG they'd apologized to me but that was a lie. Never had any contact with them, despite my efforts.

  Nice hot food in the evening and morning. Pool feels great after long day traveling.

  Beyond 5 ☆'s !! Jacqueline is absolutely phenomenal! I am a slightly difficult guest (or so my husband says...I am "needy" 😆) and she took every single one of my 50 requests with a smile!! We are here for work and I am soo glad that we chose the Holiday Inn Express for our stay! I would give 10 ☆'s if I could!!! Thank you all for making our stay a pleasant experience!!!
