Everyone we talked to was kind and helpful. 3/5 for the hot tub being not hot tub worthy (temp was colder than normal and we had to use a wrench to control the bubble button). However, the hot tub spills over into the pool, which warmed the pool to an almost spa like temperature. A piece of the pool's filtration system sucked part of my husband's back, resulting in skin irritation. When we mentioned it to the front clerk, we received a comped rate for our return trip which I felt was above and beyond. 4/5 for breakfast. I loved the single brew coffee station with REAL half and half. The attendant was friendly and on point with keeping the food refilled. 3/5 for cleanliness. The hotel recently underwent renovations, so I can understand that it might not look up to par. However, a lot of the issues leaned more towards general cleanliness than construction maintenence. The hallway floors were scattered with leaves and dirt and the elevators desperately need a thorough sweeping (and mopping!). The breakfast chairs also should be scrubbed down, as they were covered with sticky stains. Hopefully the return stay is as enjoyable!

- TDTiffany DouglasJul 22, 20261.0This was the worst hotel we ever stayed out was out with the family and my mom and sister and dad are disabled the elevator went down so they had to walk down 4 flight of stairs the bed was so high my mom couldn't get into it so slept in a chair couldn't take a shower due to her not being able to get into the shower the other room was a jetted tub with a shower that was failing Thur ac was leaking there was water all over the floor .The furniture has mildew on it the side doors didn't lock the property the parking lot was bad. The hot tub didn't work but the staff was great
