  Rooms don’t have microwaves, they only have them on floor 2 and floor 4 right by the elevators. Weird placement. No napkins to wipe the microwave after use or no trash can nearby. Maybe they are forcing people to eat at their in-house restaurant. CLEVER. Makes it very difficult for people on diet. Everything else was good, ample parking, decent rooms, impressive workout equipment. Front desk is well trained and welcoming.

  This hotel made our stay in the USA truly wonderful! ❤️ From the beautiful surroundings to the warm hospitality and comfortable atmosphere, everything made us feel welcome and relaxed. We had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the USA. 🇺🇸✨

  Two stays in a month. Will be coming back again. We live a couple hours away from The Woodlands, and it’s somewhere my family enjoys taking short trips to for the shopping and family entertainment we have found here. I booked a room here for myself for a one night stay in July and loved it. Clean, comfortable, friendly and very easy to get in and out of. The location is get; plenty of dining and shopping close by, and you can take a back road to avoid the extremely busy feeder-road for the interstate. The bedding was so comfortable I actually searched the labels to see if I could buy it. I decided to bring my 8 year old daughter and a friend for a quick overnight trip before school starts in a couple of days. It had been raining pretty bad, the gentleman at the front desk checked his weather app to be sure the hotel safety policy was met when we asked about swimming that night, and said we were good to go. He also brought us towels when I asked where to find them; they had removed them from the pool area do to the weather. The pool was clean and well maintained. I felt like the size and depth were perfect for the kids, but it was long enough to l for me to get a few laps in and not feel cramped. Plenty of outdoor seating around the pool and in another area. I love that there is a restroom in the pool area, so we didn’t have to walk back in the lobby soaking wet. We had a great, simple night in at the hotel. We stopped at target for some “spa night” supplies (face masks and nail polish), grabbed a pizza and some fruit from Sam’s (minutes away), and had a fun night of swimming and giggled before bed (around 11pm😖). I love forward to more stays with this hotel.

  Location is the best thing about this hotel. It’s not right on the side of the freeway so you don’t hear traffic in the room. The gentleman who checked in for me was very pleasant and helpful. And that’s about all the good. Hair…..there’s hair everywhere in my room. There’s hair on the pillows, on the sheets, between the sheets and the mattress and on the toilet. It felt like they didn’t have time to swap out clean bedding and just made the bed with the old one. There’s also stains on the mattress that are so obvious that I could see through the sheets. The most ridiculous thing is when I pulled out the sheet, I saw a little spider underneath as you can see in the photo. The toilet paper is ripped as in the photo. There’s this brown-red stain on the chair that looks like somebody’s period. The cup holder in the fridge….you can see how it is in the photo. The shower room is not clean, either…….I mean, nothing is clean. I had to wipe all the surfaces I would touch with alcohol wipes and I also used IKEA lint roller to roll the side of the bed I was going to sleep in. Thank goodness I brought my own cleaning tools! I don’t ever walk inside a hotel room with bare feet. I bring my own slippers. But if you are someone who is so trusting and would do that, please don’t do it in this hotel. Dark carpets hide stuff. There’s debris everywhere if you look closer. It’s hard to capture with camera, so I didn’t take any photo of that. I’ve stayed in cleaner Super 8 or Motel 6. The end.

  Really enjoying my stay. They have a bar/restaurant thats open until 10pm. Staff is welcoming. I usually stay at aloft out here but I'm glad I decided on Even Hotel, being a IHG member.
