We stayed at the Crowne Plaza to celebrate our seven-year anniversary and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The bartender made some absolutely delicious drinks, and the pool was clean, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing. The entire hotel was very clean and well cared for. We also went to a concert during our stay, and the hotel provided a shuttle that took us to the concert and brought us back afterward. That was such a convenient touch and made the night even more enjoyable. We had dinner at Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse one evening, and the food was amazing. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. A very special shout-out to Brittany! She was by far our favorite staff member. She was warm, attentive, friendly, and truly helped make our anniversary stay extra special. Thank you to everyone at the Crowne Plaza for helping make our seven-year anniversary such a memorable experience. We would definitely stay here again!

I usually take travel recommendations with a grain of salt, but after a long drive late at night, this one completely hit the mark. Pulling in after dark, the first thing that brought instant relief was the exceptionally well-lit parking lot—I felt completely safe and secure the moment I arrived. Walking inside, the exhaustion vanished. The lobby was absolutely beautiful, a striking and welcoming space paired with a front desk team that delivered warm, elite customer service right when I needed it most.The room itself kept the positive momentum going. It was remarkably spacious and spotlessly clean, illuminated by excellent, customizable lighting that made it easy to unwind without feeling harsh or sterile.The real savior of the night was the bed. It was incredibly comfortable, wrapped in linens so soft they gave me an amazing night's sleep. Having such a seamless, high-quality stay was a massive positive on my trip. This recommendation was the best I have ever received!

This is a really beautiful hotel. It is well taken care of and very clean. A great location and easy to get to. The staff has also been very friendly . Hugo at the front desk made us feel very welcome. The restaurant food was good and the bartender Allan and server Stephen were excellent. This Crown Plaza is elegant.
