  The AC is busted and there’s no hot water. The lobby has had no AC for several days. The employees behind the desk just have to endure- I feel so bad for them. We were here for business and the meeting areas were too warm. The business center printer had no ink so myself and another guest couldn’t print what we needed. I told them I had no hot water in my room, and asked to have it fixed. I was told maintenance came and it was all good but that was inaccurate. Water ran for 10 minutes (which is so wasteful) and the water was still cold. We will not be returning unfortunately.

  Location was nice away from the interstate a little. Room was clean! Bed was made and towels refreshed without having to ask. Forbes center was orderly and clean with plenty of towels.

  I am so disappointed with this hotel! I got the impression that the staff at this hotel do NOT care about their guests or customer service. My good friend, who is an elite member with this hotel chain, was staying on site this week. Prior to him staying I called down to the hotel and asked if I could have a package delivered and held on site until he arrived. They said of course, they do that all the time. Upon his arrival, the staff could not find the package even though we had proof they had signed for it. We begged them to look everywhere and we just got the impression they didn’t care and couldn’t be bothered to look for it. I tried contacting the hotel manager, Katie Sauer, multiple times and she would not take my call or call me back. I called at least six times, over multiple days, leaving her messages, having the staff try to find her, and basically begging her to call me back to no avail. Even though she confirmed, through her staff, that she would return my call more than once, she never called. Katie has given us the impression that she is not willing to support her staff to try to solve uncomfortable situations and that she does NOT care about customers or customer service. I would be very careful if you are planning on staying at this hotel. I do not feel like customer service is part of their culture.

  I booked a list minute night for a work trip. The hotel is cute and cozy. Friendly front desk staff. The rooms are quite and relaxing. Now the best part which indont want to share too much as I want to come back again and again the happy hour was the best I've been to in a long while. The app special is the best bang for your bucknin the city. The bartender Alan was awesome and great service, makes a good Margarita as well. Best found little hotel in the woodlands. Thanks y'all
