They put us in one room on the second floor but when we got off the elevator, it smelled like marijuana. They moved us to another floor, and that was nice. When I was moving my items from the first room to the third floor room, I walked up the stairs and it smelled like marijuana. There was a guest room door propped open and marijuana smell was pouring out. I reported it to the front desk. Frustrating when rude people don’t follow the rules.

This is a dirty hotel… I should have stayed in Amarillo… dirty carpets, animal hair in the room, not clean-weird fragrance scents, had to call for fresh sheets to put on the bed… ragged towels, bathroom fan screams… I could go on…
Average hotel. The staff was friendly, but the room we had could definitely use some upgrades.

I stayed at this hotel one night while in town on business, paying about $140 before taxes, or about $160 after taxes. The hotel was extremely nice. The staff was friendly, and there wasn't really any major issues with the room. The bed was very comfortable, and the sheets were very soft. The bathroom, as well as the rest of the room, was clean. I couldn't find any scuff marks on the walls or wear on the furniture. The internet speed was decent. I got about 130 Mbps download and 30 Mbps upload. Overall, the hotel was very nice for its mid-tier price. I'll definitely stay here again if I find myself in town.
Stopped for a night during a long cross country drive home. Reviews were favorable so we booked about an hour out. The hotel appeared okay from the outside but the inside was VERY dirty. The room had an awful smell, smelled like urine. The carpet was filthy, bathroom was in disrepair, and the amount of dust layered in the room suggested no one had cleaned it in a while. The air did not work well and the room was stuffy and miserable. We also found the air filters to be disgustingly and dirty. This was a very dirty and run down place and I would not recommend anyone stop here.
