- SGShellie GreggAug 23, 20263.0Overall, not a bad hotel for the area. The general facility smelled nice and appeared to be well kept, and the rooms were decent. The front desk attendant was very attentive and helpful, although she was on a personal phone call each time I came to the desk. She appeared to be the only person working, so I do give her credit for handling everything that came up. The first room I was assigned was a bit of a mess—it had no shower curtain or soap. I was initially offered a room with two queen beds instead of the king I booked, which I agreed to as long as some of my points were refunded for the downgrade. Instead, they upgraded me to a king suite, which was appreciated. When I arrived at the new room, housekeeping had left the door ajar, which was a little concerning, but thankfully there were no maintenance issues with the room itself. There were definitely a few hiccups, but the staff made an effort to correct the situation, and overall it was a decent stay for the area.

- CTCassandra TalamantezAug 5, 20261.0Do not book your rooms here this place is so unprofessional. There’s nobody at the front desk when you need them every time you ask for something they are rude. I found hair in the bed and some as well in the bathtub. I had to clean myself because I could never get anybody to come out and do it. This place needs to be exterminated as well. I can honestly say I will never book again we found baby roaches at night couldn’t get a refund or anything. So respectfully save your money don’t book here!!!!!
