  El servicio a la habitación es prácticamente inexistente, estuve aquí casi un mes y solo hicieron la cama una vez, llevaba conmigo mi xbox y lo dañaron por corto circuito cuando una de las de limpieza fue a llevar toallas, puse el reclamo en recepción pero no se hizo nada, como recomendación, si van hacer limpieza, que no muevan los interrupores por que pueden dañar dispositivo electrónicos ajenos como en mi caso donde mi Xbox ya no sirve debido a eso

  Not a very pleasant experience this most recent trip. Checked in after 3pm and the front desk told us she had to see if the room was ready because the cleaning personnel was not responding. The room was ready, but had no soap or body wash. The next morning, I take a shower and there are no towels. I call the front desk to ask for towels, and get told that I have to go downstairs to get them myself because they have nobody. I told them I literally got out of the shower and nothing to dry myself off. Horrible experience. The entire hotel had an awful smell and there was also a cockroach in our room. We weren't compensated anything, just told they have to deal with the external problems. Will not be re booking this location in the near future.

  The room's cleanliness was questionable, but borderline acceptable. On our checkout day, a staff member knocked on our door two hours before checkout, waking us up, just to confirm that we were checking out. The hallway to our room was FREEZING cold -- when the weather had us wearing shorts and a t-shirt, this was way too uncomfortable. The biggest problem is that our room had a walk-in shower but the shower curtain was too short by almost a foot. No matter how we positioned the shower head, water would spray out underneath the curtain and literally the ENTIRE bathroom floor would get covered in water. I'm seriously talking from wall to wall would be soaking wet and this made getting ready in the morning a hassle. We were in town for a wedding so we had to dress up but this process was made difficult.
