  My wife and I had amazing time there. The housekeeper Zenaida was really helpful when we asked her for room service.

  Not a very pleasant experience this most recent trip. Checked in after 3pm and the front desk told us she had to see if the room was ready because the cleaning personnel was not responding. The room was ready, but had no soap or body wash. The next morning, I take a shower and there are no towels. I call the front desk to ask for towels, and get told that I have to go downstairs to get them myself because they have nobody. I told them I literally got out of the shower and nothing to dry myself off. Horrible experience. The entire hotel had an awful smell and there was also a cockroach in our room. We weren't compensated anything, just told they have to deal with the external problems. Will not be re booking this location in the near future.

  The room's cleanliness was questionable, but borderline acceptable. On our checkout day, a staff member knocked on our door two hours before checkout, waking us up, just to confirm that we were checking out. The hallway to our room was FREEZING cold -- when the weather had us wearing shorts and a t-shirt, this was way too uncomfortable. The biggest problem is that our room had a walk-in shower but the shower curtain was too short by almost a foot. No matter how we positioned the shower head, water would spray out underneath the curtain and literally the ENTIRE bathroom floor would get covered in water. I'm seriously talking from wall to wall would be soaking wet and this made getting ready in the morning a hassle. We were in town for a wedding so we had to dress up but this process was made difficult.

  The was beyond dirty. Looks like they just made the bed and add towels. No body soap no hand soap. And the entrance way and lobby smelled like dog pee

  Room was very nice, lots of good amenities, weird smell in our room specifically, but wasn't unbearable and everything was clean so it wasn't a deal breaker. Kind staff. Was worried about proximity to the highway but slept fine.
