  The swimming poll was broken and they don’t tell us until we arrived at the hotel. Also Between 2:00am & 3:30am someone was running and making a lot of noise in the 2 floor hallway and I can’t sleep. I had a really bad experience.

  I expect more for the price, $180/night and no breakfast, only black coffee available(have no milk in the building even for request). Thick hair falls out of the clean towels, I hope only from the cleaning crew. Good thing is that the room is spacious and has a mini kitchen. I’d come here if the price would be lower, otherwise won’t.

  Im sorry about the low review. We arrived on 7/3 about 4pm and after check in we went to our room to unpack we noticed the room a little warm so I turned the ac down and we left for dinner with family. We got back at 9pm and the room was still warm. The hallway was actually cooler. I spoke with the young lady at the front desk who was very nice and tried her best to help but since it is a holiday weekend she told me no more rooms were available so I asked for a possible refund and once a gain she said she could not do anything since the manager was not here. Decision time loose my money drive in the middle of the night back home and risk my family getting hurt since I was extremely tired after waking up at 3 am to get here for a family event.so we decided to stay but had to go to walmart and purchase multiple fans also stand by the door and keep the door open for a while.. I would actually stay again since rooms were clean staff (1 young lady was super awesome) the only problemb with all of this is now my disabled daughter woke up with her allergies kicking due to having to have these fans on. Im not mad just dissapointed. Room finally started to get comfortable about 5am since the ac fan was blowing super low and I had 2 fans going.

  For the price I paid I expected a little more. The room was dirty, I could see other people’s hair all over the place. Mold on the bathroom floor. Bed was uncomfortable. In the lobby area the floors were dirty. The front desk attendants were very nice and respectful.

  Mona provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, attentive, and made sure all of my needs were taken care of during my stay. The check-in process was smooth, and she went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made a big difference.
