  This hotel room clearly hadn't been cleaned in never. There was dust and dirt in the corners. There was a dead roach in the room upon arriving in the room on the floor next to the tv stand. There were hairs in the shower and you can tell their cleaning people half ass the cleaning in those room. The carpet looked gross and the beds were the only ok thing in the whole room. So unless you have no other choice probably stay elsewhere.

  room was filthy. a/c was not on got here at 9:30 pmat 1:30 am it was cool enough to crawl under covers. told me they leave the a/c off to keep the humidity down. a load of B.S. Just saving electricity cost. DO NOT STAY HERE. OUR ROOM WAS STILL HAD TRASH BEHIND THE NIGHT STANDS. ASK FOR A BEDDING CHANGE. HAD TO HAND THEM MY TRASH. WOULD NOT COME IN THE ROOM. THERE WERE TWO PEOPLE OUTSIDE MY DOOR WAIST OF MY TIME. ASK TO BE COMPED FOR MY PROBLEMS

  The young male that came by this morning to get the trash left the pizza box I had inside the trash bag outside of the hotel door. Stayed outside all day until I got back from work tonight. My guess is he left the pizza box outside as a gesture of disrespect. I hope he doesn’t come by anymore. I hope the respectfulness I come to expect from best western happens going forward instead of that bias disrespect. The front desk older gentleman dismissed me and abruptly said for me to leave it overnight outside the door and that they forgot it because he went on to clean other rooms and they were very busy all day. It’s not cheap here and I think I didn’t deserve that ill treatment this morning and then not doing anything tonight to take the pizza box themselves to the trash. Instead of letting it attract pests I took it myself downstairs to the large site trash container. I’ll change the rating if they make it right and don’t give me any problems going forward for the rest of my stay. Did anyone else not get their free water bottle at check in for being diamond status?

  Todo esta muy bien, ubicación para las compras, para obtener alimentos etc. Lo único que yo cambiaría, es que cuando solicites una o más noches extras, no te cobren de nuevo el depósito de 100 dólares, para quienes vamos de compras, eso nos desbalancea nuestros planes, ya que tardan un par de días en regresarlo.

  Then gentleman at check in was nice, bed felt comfortable just not the pillows. no coffeemaker in the room but a hairdryer was provided. The office chair definitely needed to be replaced. The kids enjoyed the pool. I don’t usually book outdoor rooms but for the price and the short stay it was just fine. Breakfast was ok and no bugs were seen
