  All the way around horrible hot tub been broke for months and I thought I was gone have to lay holy hands on the front desk lady jen! She made it seem like it was ok that the hot tub was broke meanwhile y'all charge over 100$ plus dollars a night for the rooms make it make sense!! Then had the nerve to have a attitude cuz y'all can't get ur hot tub fixed and she refused the compensate me but I called the cooperate office and they gave me back half the points I earned to use while staying here! Take it from me go across the street to the Drury inn they have breakfast and a 5'30 kickback every night here they only offer it on Mondays Tuesdays and Wednesdays did I also mention that she (JENNIFER) acted racist towards me because I was black and told me there was no manger on duty u don't eva eva have to worry about me staying here again

  I witnessed the front desk lady be mean to a family checking in before us and it put a bad taste in my mouth these were African American people and they were bothered by the hot tub not being fixed front desk lady gave them attitude and treated them very badly poor mangment God don't see color will not be coming back

  I think it's pretty pathetic that the hot tub has been broken for months and the front desk lady by the name of jen justifies the fact that it's broke what a sorry excuse to tell a customer that it's hot enough outside so they should not worry about the hot tub. There is never a manger on site the one decent thing I can say is the food is good other than that spend your money at a location that care about good customer service because they don't here!!!

  I thought this was an excellent hotel and I will be back as I have family members there. The kitchen was really nice, room spacious and the staff as so nice. The parking garage only had a few places but looked like they were doing sone kind of construction to it. The breakfast was pretty good, the only thing I didnt like was the hashbrowns and potatoes were a bit cold. But I also slept late so maybe if you get there early its better. Other than that, no complaints.

  Major Security Hazard, Broken Booking Promises, and Zero Management Accountability I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by my wife and daughter’s recent stay at Staybridge Suites San Antonio Stone Oak. As an IHG Platinum Elite member sending my wife and daughter away for a high level kids sports competition, safety and reliable rest were our absolute top priorities. This property failed miserably on both fronts. We originally booked this reservation back in February for a stay over the July 26 weekend specifically to ensure they had the correct room setup. Despite this advance booking for two double beds, they were downgraded upon arrival to a single King room because double rooms were unavailable. A pull out sofa bed was in the room, but it’s clearly not a proper bed. The pull out mattress was completely encased in a thick plastic bag, making decent rest for a competing athlete virtually impossible. Second, and far more concerning, is the serious safety issue. On their first night, my wife found the back exterior door of the hotel propped wide open late at night for construction workers, allowing unvetted access into the building. She immediately reported this safety hazard. To her shock, she found the exact same back door propped open again the following night after 9 PM. As a woman traveling alone with a young daughter, having an unmonitored building perimeter late at night is completely terrifying and unacceptable. When we reached out to IHG Corporate to report these issues, they assured us local management would contact us directly to rectify the situation. Management never reached out. The whole thing was unacceptable from the hotel to how IHG handled it. From unhonored room guarantees and uncomfortable sleeping conditions to repeated severe security lapses and non existent service, this stay was an utter failure. I strongly advise families and travelers to avoid Staybridge Suites Stone Oak and IHG properties based on this recent experience.
