El personal de cocina estaba haciendo cambio de algunos platillos y fueron amables. El unico pero que pongo es en la recepcion que al querer hacer mi check in, como llegue antes me pidieron llegar a las 15:00 o 15min antes, al pedir dejar bajo resguardo mi maleta me pidieron mejor llevarla conmigo y regresar a la hora indicada, mal por eso. Por lo demas muy bien.
- AWAustin WhiteMar 19, 20262.0Very disappointed upon arrival. Stair wells are filthy and stink. Parking was on opposit side of main entry. Requested high level and was given the 2nd floor. Decided we'd try too make the best of it and go by the pool. The hot tub didn't work and the pool isn't heated not to mention they were both filthy. The chairs in the pool area were broken and torn. Only plus side was the front desk lady was understanding about the frustration and offered free cancelation. But, now we're stuck here because the original hotel choice across the highway (Drury Plaza) doesn't have availability. I will be calling corporate.
