  Had to stay here cause our house was being worked on and let me tell you I love our room ! Very nice and clean ! Super quiet and staff is very friendly !! Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏

  It is overall a nice property. I would only make the case for washers and dryers to be “for pay” even if it’s something minimal. Maybe loaded to a guests-only card. Like everything that’s free by nature, people start to abuse and bring extra clothes from non-registered guests. Baffling how a person takes four washers at a time! Here in the area for a longer stay.

  Complaint about manager Arlene for rudeness and checking us into a room that already had people staying in it. This weekend for the 4th of July we checked into a room that already had guest staying in it and received absolutely rude and disrespectful customer service from manager Arlene in return. She was already rude upon initial check in as she would not address me as a female checking into the room for my boyfriend and I as I was the one who paid for the room. Rude faces and eye contact were made several times as I was ignored repeatedly as she proceed to talk to my boyfriend instead of me despite taking my ID and credit card, not his. Then we proceeded to be checked into a room where guests were already checked into. Upon going downstairs again to fix the error, the rudeness increased tenfold despite it being her error. She kindly spoke to another guest next to us while simultaneously ignoring us as she processed the request. She appeared to have made that error with that guest as well and the customer service between him and I as a female was starkly different. He was offered a fixed rate for the error with lots of apologies where as we got the complete opposite. Even my boyfriend acknowledged the rudeness and how she would not acknowledge me despite being the one booking the room. It was incredibly sad to see that the other regular staff on duty we interacted with were significantly kinder and overall better at their job than her. Do better Arlene.

  Great place to stay an awesome service, Olivia is the greatest host I had so far she is always taking care of you as a guest she definitely gets the 5 star on service, the rooms always clean
