  We stayed at this location several times over the years and have had nothing but great service. There has been a history of random vehicle break-ins over the years. However, they now have more lighting, cameras, and random security patrol. Of course they passed it on those who stay there with a $5 daily parking fee.

  Staff is really friendly and helpful. I have enjoyed getting to know them. Good location. Close to North Star and the quarry. Saltgrass is Next door. A few other restaurants are walking distance. Rooms could be updated. I.e. Broken door knobs. Parking is difficult at times. Recently certain guests have cones in front of their vehicles. When I questioned why I was told there was going to be work done on those spots but they were not sure when. Not a 100% smoking free. One of the elevators has been broken for a while and they don't know when it will be repaired. Social hour appetizers are meatballs, ravioli, chicken rolls or chicken strips. They rotate Mon thru Wed. Free wine and beer. Delicious chocolate chip cookies. Monday's are Bingo. Which is fun. You can bring your fur baby. Overall it is nice place to stay for vacation or extended stay.

  Being a diamond member you become used to respectable customer service but it's becoming increasing rare to encounter customer service that goes above and beyond and Lydia (maybe Lynda) did all of the above! She was kind very knowledgeable and had a vested interest in make sure my check in process was smooth and welcoming. I appreciate it and her. Great representation for the IHG brand.
