- PHPreston HallOct 6, 20264.0Very friendly staff. We went on a Tuesday so not busy at all. We were glad because you could see it getting crowded if it was busy. I would recommend it for younger kids for sure but at 8yo it was cool but we would not go back kind of thing.

- DSDiana SerranoSep 28, 20264.0Our visit to Legoland had plenty of fun moments, but the experience at the entrance was disappointing. When we arrived, the two girls at the front didn’t seem very welcoming. I asked about the different ticket admissions, and one of them looked at my son and said, “Umm… this is more for younger kids.” Mind you, my son is autistic and absolutely loves Legos. Her quick judgment based on his size felt unnecessary and dismissive. Families come in all forms, and interests don’t have an age limit. Once we got past that moment, my son had a great time. The first ride was neat and set a better tone for the day. The theater experience was surprisingly realistic... we even felt the water effects, which made us laugh. One thing that definitely needs attention was the building‑station Legos. They looked grimy and not well maintained, which takes away from the hands‑on fun kids expect. Thankfully, the girls at the exit were the complete opposite of the front desk were kind, cheerful, and welcoming. We ended the visit on a good note. We even bought our photos as a memoir, and my son walked out proudly holding a cute Lego set he already built. Overall my son had fun, the attractions were enjoyable, and the exit staff were great ... but the front‑desk experience and cleanliness of the building Legos need improvement.
