  Room (5/5): The room was clean & comfortable w/ AC working very well. Service (5/5): All staff that we interacted w/ were super friendly & helpful. Location (5/5): It's a very walkable location. My family w/ kids walked to different points of interest & restaurants. We also did eat an awesome dinner at hotel at Dean's Steak & Seafood. It was excellent food, exceptional rare bourbons, & even better service staff.

  As expected- not the cheapest but to be expected. Families oriented with lots of kids knocking about but all well behaved. Typical ‘charge everything you can’ USA hotel model, though complimentary drinks between 5-6pm is a nice touch. Also discounts on restaurant, mini bar, in-room dining and spa to off set the “Resort Charge” which is the first i have come across… So you pay for your room, pay to use the hotel facilities when you get here regardless of whether you use them, then you get the taxes on top…. Allow another 25% on top of what Booking.com quote you

  We throughly enjoyed our stay here! Very nice/welcoming hotel, wonderful amenities, and staff. I must share that from the moment we arrived , Ezli set the tone for a fantastic visit. He greeted us by name, loaded our bags onto the cart with care, waited patiently for us to complete check in and gave us a great breakdown of the hotel amenities and local restaurant/attraction recommendations. I loved that he seems to really enjoy and takes pride in his job. Employees like him are the reason we will definitely return to this hotel!

  This hotel is top notch. Wonderful staff, want to shoutout specifically Denis (Front Host), Ezli (Bell Hop), and Amy (Deans). Felt cared for very well by them. We loved the location of this hotel. Truly a beautiful hotel, modern, clean, and such great food. Deans is well worth it, went to Tenfold after and such a cool spot. Worked out in the gym and loved the view. The pool was a great temperature. I really appreciated the staff checking in during our stay to see how our experience was to catch anything that might not have been up to expectations. Would return here!

  This was, by far, the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! From the moment we checked in, Felix set the tone with an incredible welcome. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel like valued guests from the very beginning. He has a smile and energy that fills the room, he's in the right place at the front desk! And then came Dean’s! We had the pleasure of experiencing some of the best oysters we’ve ever had, thanks to Chef Jason! 🦪🔥 The food was phenomenal, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the service. Brennon was absolutely fantastic. Engaging, knowledgeable, personable, and completely focused on making sure we were satisfied. You could genuinely tell that our experience mattered to the entire team. As a husband and wife team who both serve, we understand the importance of service, hospitality, and making people feel welcomed. The warmth and genuine care we experienced from the Kimpton team was truly a blessing. Felix, Chef Jason, and Brennon—THANK YOU! You exceeded our expectations, created an unforgettable experience, and reminded us what exceptional hospitality looks like. We are truly grateful and cannot wait to come back! ❤️👏🏽 Kimpton, you have something special here!
