  The customer service experience at this location was subpar except for the Valet service especially David the valet who had my car pulled up the morning of check out without even prompting. At check-in, the staff member struggled to get me checked in for 20mins+ and then gave no information on the valet or parking option nor anything about the hotel stay/amenities. Rooms are of course very dated so unless you need a quick stop over stay, I definitely do not recommend this hotel

  We come in and our room is covered in water so they have to give us another room then we have to pay 55 for valet parking we said fine then we come back in and we literally see them let someone else pay for self parking? We asked them about it and she said she wasn’t suppose to do it and bent the rules for them? So I responded you pick and chooses who pays 55 vs 30? Not right at all and so unprofessional.

  Room was clean, and quite large. Unfortunately that's all the good, pool was closed for our stay, no warning, email or anything on their site as told by reception. If I had of known in advance I would have cancelled and booked somewhere else but wasn't given that option. Asked for extra towels as we only had 2 for a family of 4, they did provide them but the following day removed them and replaced them with only 2 again. Valet parking was good but expensive. Although Riverwalk is in the hotels name it is a 15 minute walk before you get to the main area. Aircon works well but is very noisy at night. Didn't try the bar and the exit on to the river was closed off so had to walk out the back of the hotel and round the street over the bridge to get onto the Riverwalk.

  If I can give the service 10 stars I would. Breanna was very helpful and kind. She helped with holding our luggage before check-in, very quick at check-in. Just kind and professional through it all. Veronica was just as great. Very helpful with our order for the Riverwalk Boat ride and a place to eat. Thank you both for going above and beyond for your kindness and awesome service. I will definitely return to your hotel. Also, the rooms are huge, beds are comfortable and huge. Very clean, love it.

  I was extremely disappointed with my stay. I paid over $700 for just two nights, and the experience was nowhere near worth the price. The hotel looks much nicer in the online photos than it does in person. The rooms were outdated, and the beds were some of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. The staff was, for the most part, rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. I requested extra towels and bedding during my stay, but they never arrived. Instead of being accommodating, most employees came across as snarky and acted like helping guests was an inconvenience. The pool wasn’t even working, which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. On top of that, valet parking cost $100 for just two nights, which felt excessive. The only positive part of our experience was the valet attendant. He was friendly, courteous, and the only employee who made us feel welcome. To make matters worse, when I called I wasn’t given accurate information about the property or its amenities. Had I known the true condition of the hotel, that the pool was unavailable, and what the overall experience would be like, I WOULD HAVE DEFINITELY STAYED SOMEWHERE ELSE !! For a hotel charging over $700 for a two-night stay, I expected clean, comfortable accommodations, courteous staff, and the amenities that were advertised. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to deliver on all of those expectations. I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
