5 Stars The Perfect Place to Celebrate Our 15th Anniversary!
We celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary at Hotel Emma, and we truly couldn’t have picked a better place. From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was exceptional.
What stood out most was the people. Every single person we encountered genuinely seemed happy to be there and took pride in the service they provided. From the front desk and concierge to the bartenders, restaurant staff, and housekeepers, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It never felt forced or scripted. They made us feel like truly valued guests, and that’s something you don’t experience everywhere.
One of the highlights was taking the Emma tour with Dre. She was fantastic! The tour was casual, informative, and a great way to learn about the history behind such a beautiful property. The hotel itself is stunning, with so much character and attention to detail. Our room was beautiful, and we absolutely loved having a balcony.
You could honestly spend your entire stay at Hotel Emma and never feel the need to leave. But the surrounding Pearl District is just as wonderful. Pullman Market is an easy walk and has some amazing food. Definitely try the peach and corn donut! We also had an incredible sandwich there. The farmers market was happening during our visit, and the whole area was full of life, with local vendors, families, kids playing in the splash pad, and dogs everywhere. Such a great atmosphere.
But what really made this trip special were the little things. Everywhere we went throughout the hotel, staff members somehow knew we were celebrating our anniversary and took the time to congratulate us. Those small, thoughtful gestures meant so much and made the entire experience feel personal.
Hotel Emma is a beautiful property, but it’s the people who truly make it special. We left feeling genuinely appreciated, and that’s what we’ll remember most. Thank you to everyone who made our 15th anniversary such a memorable experience. We can’t wait to come back!

Stayed here a couple of nights and It was by far the best Hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at, from the staff and the surrounding area it was a great place to visit and stay, the Staff treated not just us but everyone great and friendly, I enjoyed the Library with Jason as a Host and he even shared his recipe for his margaritas, thanks again Jason. We look forward to another stay at Emma.

Our first stay at Hotel Emma was in August 2026, and it left a lasting impression, for multiple reasons.
During our stay, our teenage son suddenly became quite unwell one morning in the lobby from a tummy bug.
The entire team could not have been kinder or more caring. They stayed close and quietly made sure our whole family was okay throughout.
Aside from the incident, throughout our stay, we experienced the same warmth and thoughtfulness from the entire team. There’s an authenticity to the hospitality at Hotel Emma that is rare, you never feel that people are simply doing their jobs; you feel that they genuinely care about the guests in front of them.
It’s a beautiful hotel, of course, but it’s that human quality that made our first stay so memorable.
Thank you again - Brenda (turndown team), Jeffery, Sabrina and Jon, along with many others, your care for us gifted us a lasting memory.
I truly wish more hotels were like Hotel Emma.

Their greed knows no boundaries. In the Parking lot just beside Hotel Emma they have blocked off not one, but four handicap parking spots. That leaves only one outside the lot for the handicap. Why did they make five to begin with? That was for a reason wasn't it? Nothing other than Hotel Emma has changed.Then you go to the one can area and all parking spots are 15 minute loading and unloading now. Yet another greedy attempt to force you to pay the high dollar Parking fees; never mind the needless great inconvenience in both cases. There's absolutely no need for that much loading and unloading. I am here almost daily Monday through Friday and staycation here, so I can tell you that! Code Compliance should investigate and fine them and change this. I mean, are they just that incredibly greedy that they have to make sure they get every last parking spot at high dollar. They're trying to justify it by creating an artificial need. Shameful. Oh, by the way, they will not accept Cash at their coffee shop. Ridiculous. Moving to a cashless society is very dangerous - research it.

Professional photography/videography is only allowed for contracted weddings taking place at the hotel. Media visits must be arranged in advance and official press credentials are required. Hotel Emma reserves the right to ask any photographer/videographer to cease documentation at any time, should their work compromise the enjoyment of our guest experience.
Overnight hotel guests are welcome to take personal photographs or videos while enjoying their stay, so long as the images and videos are for personal, non-commercial purposes. All photographs and video must be taken with a hand-held camera (non-professional equipment).

What Is Hotel Emma's Damages Policy?
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will, however, make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.

Hotel Emma recognizes that guests or visitors may legally possess firearms for a variety of legitimate purposes. This policy is intended to create a safe environment for all guests and visitors by providing appropriate guidance over the custody of firearms on our premises.
Hotel premises are private property. Guests or visitors of Hotel Emma who lawfully are permitted to possess a firearm, may bring such firearm onto hotel premises for storage purposes only. Any guest or visitor who is in possession of a firearm on hotel premises is personally responsible for abiding by all applicable federal, state and local laws with respect to firearms, in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located and ensuring that the firearm is:
unloaded
secured in a locked, hard-sided firearm container provided by the guest;
and securely safeguarded at all times in a guest room (or personal vehicle), except when transporting the firearm into or out of the hotel.
