He made sure our questions and concerns were handled calmly and efficiently, and we always felt comfortable approaching the front desk for assistance. The management team also seemed attentive and committed to making sure guests had a positive experience. Overall, the hospitality was excellent, and we would definitely recommend staying here!
- CHClaudia HernandezAug 14, 20261.0Stayed on July 28th, arrived at 2:00am, needed to rest after driving all day, woke up and was leaving by 9:00am, to find my vehicle was broken into, desk clerk already had a list of customers whose vehicles had been broken into, the hotel across the street also had multiple break ins that same night. I thought it was a nice area but I was wrong, I never received a refund, even though I was told I was, security cameras were a joke as property manager stated that another company would access the cameras not him. Stay away from this hotel, I’ve tried reaching out to no avail; stopped to rest, and woke up to a whole new set of problems, trying to make it back home. If you’re reading this review, go somewhere else, pay extra for valet or secured parking lot, not worth it!

Beds weren’t made properly, like some had been in here because we got here after 10PM. I went down starts to tell front desk with used towels and all I was told is “this happens” and they just gave me folded towels. I will never be staying here again!
