  The rooms can use a little updating. Not gonna lie but the beds are great and so is the office chair. Location is good. What stands out to me about this particular hotel though is the service. They go above and beyond. They don’t just offer any old breakfast buffet it feels like a real restaurant and the servers are wonderful. Serenity made my morning. The front desk was also lovely. The people who work here are 5 stars!

  Exceptional Stay – Perfect Choice for Visiting SeaWorld! We had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn near SeaWorld San Antonio! The location could not be better—just minutes away from the park, making getting back and forth super easy and stress-free. A huge bonus was the complimentary shuttle to SeaWorld, which saved us from having to worry about park traffic or paying for parking. Our room was beautiful, clean, and spacious, providing the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long, fun-filled day. We also really enjoyed spending time at the pool, which was clean, well-maintained, and great for both relaxing and letting the kids splash around. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to San Antonio!

  From the reservation to checkout was so professional, kindness, welcoming and so accommodating. Everyone from front desk service, the most polite and hardworking wait staff, friendly helpful room service made our 4 day visit so relaxing and enjoyable. Rooms were well equipped and clean, the restaurant food and staff like Sonia the chef, did everything with excellence and kindness. They deserve 10 🌟 not just 5. Thank you to all who helped make our 50th Class reunion so memorable.

  The room they placed us in had a terrible smell from the bathroom. Apparently its a known issue that they have a sewer smell in that room. Not sure why they placed us in that room. They did not offer to move us either and it was only for a night so we decided to deal instead of complaining further. Its room 526 if yall want to watch out before you book. They sprayed something in there but they didnt have anything for the toilet freshener so it was pretty gross. Location was fine and I guess they tried but still pretty annoying and not great service that they continue using that room for guests then

  Extremely disappointing experience. The cleanliness of this hotel was completely unacceptable. The room was not properly cleaned, and the conditions made it very difficult to feel comfortable staying there. What made the situation even worse was the lack of concern from the hotel after I reported the issue. I called to explain the problem and expected management or staff to take it seriously and make a reasonable effort to correct it. Instead, there was little to no attempt to resolve the situation. Problems can happen at any hotel, but how a hotel responds says a lot about its standards and customer service. Unfortunately, in this case, the lack of cleanliness combined with the failure to address the problem left a very negative impression. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. Guests should be able to expect a clean room and, at minimum, a sincere effort from management to correct a problem when one is reported.
