  We definitely enjoyed our stay with the kids; the staff are professional and polite. It's really nice that it's not far from SeaWorld and other attractions, and Ms. Alma from the breakfast buffet area attentively assisted us during our three-day stay, which we greatly appreciated.👍

  When I first arrived to the hotel I was greeted by an attitude. Helina was so rude and condescending. It was clear she learned her mannerisms from Regina George from Mean Girls. She was rude and it made me want to cancel the hotel and get another one. I booked this hotel for the indoor pool, which we didn’t use. But the shuttle to seaworld was free and so convenient but I probably will never go back. The sink was backed up. The hotel looks and feels like it was built in the ‘50s and none of the appliances have been updated since then.

  Overall a great experience for a last minute find on Mother's Day weekend. The hotel clerk was able to check us in 5 hours early. The only down sound was a broken iron which was able to be switched out for another. Clean rooms. Clean pool. Clean breakfast area and good food. Comfortable bed. Would visit again.

  I stay here frequently for business. For the past several months I’ve been greeted by Kay at the front desk upon check-in. In the mornings Alma cheerfully provides outstanding customer service at breakfast. Both of these employees are key factors to why I stay here. It does feel like a hotel. It feels like home away from home. I look forward to many more stays so long as I have business here.

  I’m not sure if this was just terrible timing or if my expectations were too high, but this was easily one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Holiday Inn. What was supposed to be a relaxing staycation turned into a series of inconveniences from start to finish. We only stayed one night and honestly felt more comfortable going back home than staying here. Right away, the TV wouldn’t connect to WiFi—not a huge issue on its own, but frustrating when you’re just trying to unwind. It didn’t get better from there. The bar was out of multiple menu items and had nothing on tap. We tried to play pool but couldn’t get quarters, and even the front desk couldn’t help. The indoor pool heater was also out of service. At that point, we left the hotel just to actually enjoy our time elsewhere. When we came back, things still weren’t any better. Dessert we wanted? Out of stock. The room was set to 62 degrees but somehow felt incredibly humid, making it nearly impossible to sleep—I spent the night tossing and turning. The only decent part of the stay was the paid breakfast, which was decent. On the way out, we even noticed a leak coming from the ceiling near the conference room, which honestly summed up the entire experience. To be fair, I’ve stayed here before and had a good experience, and the reviews seem solid—but this visit was beyond disappointing. I paid for a getaway and ended up feeling inconvenienced, uncomfortable, and sleep-deprived. I won’t be returning to this location.
