  We had an event at this location. I enjoyed the spacious room. The shuttle service added more comfort and ease of mind to visit Seaworld and Aquatica. Well kept pools and fitness were a plus. I also thought it was thoughtful of the Grill to have kids’ cups. It helped us prevent from spilling and not only that, I felt like our children were well taken care of as well. What made my stay extra special was the friendly staff-both at the front desk and the banquet. Del was amazing. Because of her and her team, our check in was smooth as butter and she continued to check on us throughout our time there. In the midst of chaos by the nature of busyness of accommodating 20+ people, Asia, Felix, and Roslynn were an amazing team. All three were attentive, helpful, and accommodating. Thank you staff for your awesomeness. I really enjoyed getting to know you all.

  Overall good experience, service was exceptional. I had breakfast almost everyday during my stay at the restaurant downstairs, Alma in particular was wonderful to interact with.

  So this hotel... I chose it based on a few TikTok videos. The lesson I learned? These content creators really be lying. First off, the hotel is dirty. Let's start with check-in. They have complimentary drinking water for guests at the entrance, but it literally sits there all day. The water didn't look fresh, and it wasn't something I would drink. They do offer a shuttle to and from SeaWorld, which was convenient, but the van was filthy. Now let's talk about the room. We booked a suite, but honestly, it felt more like a motel than a hotel. The furniture was old and covered in stains. The carpet was dirty. The mirrors were dusty and still had fingerprints all over them. I even took a napkin and wiped one of the mirrors myself it came back dirty. The bathrooms were outdated, with rust in several areas. The headboard had visible dirt and marks on it, so it clearly hadn't been wiped down either. On the second day of our stay, we came back and housekeeping had never cleaned our room. We called the front desk, and it took over two hours for someone to come. By that point, I was already frustrated. When they finally did show up, they did a terrible job. We would have checked out after the first night, but our money was already tied up, so we just dealt with it. Personally, I would never stay here again. If you're okay with a motel-style experience, this place might not bother you. But if you're expecting a clean, well-maintained hotel based you're probably going to be disappointed. I definitely would not return.

  We stayed at this hotel for three days at this Hotel with my family,we experienced excellent customer service for their all services.If someone wanted closer by the San Antonio SeaWorld I would recommend everybody at this Holiday Inn.

  Bed bugs! Stayed here years ago with no complaint however we stayed this weekend and had to cut our vacation short when all of my family of 5 woke up bitten by bed bugs. My husband even found a bed bug in the bathroom, promptly went downstairs to complain. They wanted us to go to a different room but that would just spread it if the bus were in our luggage. The rooms were nice, breakfast was great but the bed bugs ruined our vacation. Ended up driving back home to disinfect everything. Won't be staying here again and now hoping we get refunded our stay
