  Really bad service if you don’t wanna have a bad moment, don’t come to this place we have a bad experience and reception with this girl called Cheyenne really really really bad service. I don’t recommend this place.

  Muy mala experiencia con la recepcionista Yamada Chayanne, muy despota yo rente la suite por 3 días page $1400 y tuve que Cansela al siguiente día solo que solo estuve una noche si ko quieren pasar un mal rato no se los recomiendo

  Room. Service is horrible. Un done one day. Trash not removed one day. K cups not restocked. No free coffee in lobby.. ... Next day they left my room open all day Room smells. Cockroach in friends room.

  Beds were comfortable but cleanliness was awful. We go there at 3, didn’t have our rooms ready until 430. We got up there, turned the bottom of our socks black. Dust everywhere. Stuff on toilets and bathtubs. We had to clean rooms. Nbd and then one day they didn’t come clean the rooms as we were gone all day. Told them and said sending someone and they didn’t come clean them. Asked for hot water delivered and was like asking for an act of congress to get it delivered. Not up to the standards of a nice holiday inn. It is understaffed. Valet was pretty good but pricey. Messed up once but the location was legit for the price of the hotel. San Antonio is amazing. Good place to stay for location but just might have to call downstairs for service.

  Booked through IHG as a Rewards member, paid in full, 4-night stay. On our first morning, maintenance knocked at 9 AM about a leak supposedly coming from our room, with no advance notice and no water on our floor. The front desk clerk was kind and moved us. When I calmly described the disruption, the General Manager interrupted me by phone, told me I could leave the property, said he would call the police, and implied I was trying to get something for free. I asked for nothing. A guest should be able to raise a concern without being threatened. The front desk staff were the only bright spot. Hotel change my room. However, the first room had slippery bathtub with only old marks of soft pad, which did not exist any more. New Romm has a blooming light in the bathroom. I guess this hotel simply has no room with all things working.
