  This was an amazing place to stay on the riverwalk! I was here for a real estate conference at the convention center and it was close enough to walk and it’s super close to the riverwalk that you can just walk out of the hotel and take the riverwalk most places in the area! The staff was amazing from the manager that was very friendly during check in to the overnight staff that were very helpful when we would have late nights out at the bars - both Matilda and Robert were memorable for how friendly and welcoming they made it feel during the night it made the place feel safe and inviting during the long nights. The maid service changed our sheets every night and the beds were very comfortable! I’m grateful to have stayed at such a convenient location and friendly place , hope to be back again :)

  I would like to give a big thank you a valet employees name Robert for giving me a Ride up to the 5th floor parking garage this past Thursday morning. He just came down performing another service with the EZ Gos (golf cart) and as I was about to walk up the stairs, Robert asked me for a ride. He could have just let me walk up but had the professional customer service to ask. On the way up, he engaged professionally for a short conversation. I just want Robert to be recognized for his professionalism and excellent work.

  Can't beat the location. Very near the (overrated) Riverwalk on one side, a Starbucks AND a Paris Baguette on the other side, right across the street . Hotel is nice and well maintained. Valet crew are beyond amazing. Garage elevator out, so they always followed incoming cars in a golf cart to pick up and drop off at lobby. Really friendly and professional crew. I was booked for 11 days and really did enjoy my stay here, in large part because of the valet crew and I mean that.

  We stayed here for 2 days on a trip for sea world and to explore the riverwalk. The location was super convenient as it was so close to the riverwalk and places to eat. Upon arrival the elevators in the parking garage were broken ($41 a night) so had to use the stairs but we unloaded at the front so we didn’t have to carry luggage 4 flights. The lobby was nice and smelled clean. Our room was okay, I will say it didn’t look like it had been cleaned much. The sheets had a few stains and I could feel crumbs on the floor. The bathroom had hair on the floor also and the doors and walls were also dirty. I gave 3 stars for the location being convenient. The “restaurant” in the hotel was okay. We went for breakfast and it was basically just the free hotel food you get at other holiday ins for $21 buffet or about $16 off the menu. I didn’t interact much with the staff so can’t judge that. Overall I’d say it wasn’t too bad but could definitely be more clean as far as the rooms.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ This was an extremely frustrating stay. Our room was hot from the moment we checked in because the A/C wasn’t working properly. We reported it multiple times throughout the day, but nothing was done to resolve the issue. Instead of fixing the problem or moving us sooner, we were finally moved to another room around 8:00 p.m.—the night before we were checking out the next morning. By then, the damage was already done, and we had spent nearly our entire stay in an uncomfortable room. To make matters worse, the valet experience was just as disappointing. The valet attendant didn’t want to park my vehicle and claimed there were no available spaces, even though it didn’t appear to be true. It came across as if they simply didn’t want to help. For the price we paid, I expected much better customer service and a hotel that responds promptly when guests have legitimate concerns. I can’t recommend staying here based on my experience, and I won’t be returning.
