  There is no way of contacting the hotel. Phone number, email, and fax are not working. We tried calling before our arrival and no answer. When we arrived, it took almost one hour before somebody came to the front office. They no longer had the room we had paid for and no other rooms to accommodate us. We were told we were going to receive our refund, but it has been almost 3 weeks and nothing yet. We have called corporate, and they can't even get a hold of anybody at the hotel. Our case is open and nobody can resolve our issue.

  A great disappointment to come into an IHG reward Holiday Inn have a young lady in the front with absolutely no training did not greet me with a diamond member she did not give me welcome points constantly on a video call with other customers having trouble checking people in I spent over 35 minutes trying to get checked in please train your front desk way better before you leave them on their own. Other customers were upset and they said it's not her fault she was not trained properly but it upsetting that she has no backup no get these customers situated

  Alex, the new owner, is absolutely terrible. We arrived late night to the only room available. Upon getting into the room, there were jumping bugs in the bed. The front staff gave us Alex’s direct cell. He immediately said he would refund us due to no other rooms being available. But after a week, countless texts and calls and disputing with the credit card company, he refused the refund. Terrible owner and dirty hotel with bugs. @Alex - get a new business. You are an awful human being. Stay elsewhere.

  This was sort of a last minute pick, ~$150 used to get you quality. I reserved a 2 queen room via the app since I’m a member. Arrived to the front desk, the gentleman there was professional, if you could hear him speak. He was either very timid or is just a super quiet person. Not front desk quality. He informed me the 2 queen room I booked an hour ago was over sold and he could give me “a two king”. I said sure, but he meant two rooms with one king in each. We only accepted one. We had to sleep in bed with our child. Upon walking into the room it was muggy and smelt like mildew. Checked the AC, it was full of standing water and the coils are covered in dust. They more than likely all need to be serviced. Looked in the bathroom and there was a roach on the bathtub edge to greet us. There was two conditioners and no shampoo. And no stopper for my child to take a bath. The toilet paper wasn’t on the holder and found out why, it was a free spinning useless device. The window shade is blackout.. but you have to fix it so it works properly. The fridge has no freezer for the ice cream we bought. Sad. Breakfast was ok, not the best, they have labels on the wall but not on most items. Other than those few things… the bed was comfortable and the TV worked. The bathroom did have a working vent fan which is a big plus.

  I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a hotel. The property was also very quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. The owners were warm, welcoming, and very accommodating, making me feel right at home. A special shout-out to Alex and Sebastian at the front desk for their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help with anything I needed. They truly made my stay even more enjoyable. One small observation (not a complaint): the hotel has a slight smell of fresh paint, which actually made it seem like the property had been recently renovated and well maintained. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
