  We reserved 3 rooms for a family event. The staff was awesome, especially the manager, Alex and event coordinator, Amanda. The food was delicious and they were they met all of our needs

  Absolutely worst experience ever. Traveled with my kids and soccer team. I was checked into the wrong room and had security banging on my door at midnight. Front desk agent comes up and demanding ID, no explanation, no apologies, just give me your ID. The Owner then informed me the next morning they worried my family was squatting. This is the room you placed me in and had my card on file. AC was not working in the room. This was later resolved. Hotel ran out of clean towels and sheets! This ownership group was not prepared for the soccer teams. They partnered with a local tournament, but did zero preparation. Awful! Owner also informed this area has a lot of crime and car break-ins I have disputed a double charge for 2 rooms. I booked one room family of 4. Do you think they have responded to Citi? “Nope”. Absolutely poor on management to not resolve this timely. I’m guessing I’m expected to pay for the room I was suppose to be in and then the charge was never deleted for the other room. Double charge me! What a joke, instead there should be concessions for the experience.

  What happened IHG? I guess I take for granted Holiday Inn Express locations I have visited in the past. This location lacked it all! No one answers the phone… ever. The room smelled BAD. It was humid and musty with beds feeling sticky from humidity. The hotel looks new on the outside but the rooms (at least mine) showed its age. I will not return to this location.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nickita at the front desk deserves a raise! I called down in the middle of the night asking for a comforter. She said, “Give me five minutes,” and somehow she was knocking on my door in t-minus 3 minutes. Later, I called again asking if there was any tea available in the cooler. Within minutes, Nickita personally brought it right up to my room. Talk about serious customer service! What impressed me most was that she didn’t just pass the request off to someone else or tell me she would see what she could do. She took initiative, handled it herself, and made sure I had exactly what I needed almost immediately. That level of attentiveness, speed, and genuine hospitality is what makes a hotel stay memorable. Thank you, Nickita, for going above and beyond, especially in the middle of the night! Holiday Inn, give this girl a raise! She is an absolute asset to your team.

  We stayed here while in San Antonio for a soccer tournament, and unfortunately, the experience was pretty disappointing. Several rooms within our team had issues, including AC units breaking down or leaking water onto the carpet, which left some rooms with a noticeable musty smell. There were also times when the hotel was completely out of towels. Breakfast was another issue. Although breakfast was advertised as being available until 11:00 AM, by 9:30 AM the staff was already struggling to keep the food stocked. For a hotel that was hosting a large number of families and teams, I would have expected better preparation and service. Overall, the stay just didn’t feel like the quality or experience I expected. Honestly, it felt more like a Holiday Inn Express than the level of hotel we were expecting. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
