- DNDylan Nielson2 days ago1.0Let me start off saying this placed seemed to be the perfect place for my wife and 3 kids and I, But as we went to our room 301 the room was very hot it had to have been 80+ Fahrenheit in there so we tried turning down the AC but it was barely blowing any air. We let the front desk and GM know of the problem they seemed very irritated with our concern of the room which was no cheap room $174 to be exact. After going back n forth we finally got another room 333 and that room was just as bad with a very sour smell coming from the carpet and musty smelling sheets. My family and I had enough of the place and requested a refund they didn’t like that and showed there true selfs and even told us they were going to call the cops on us because we were being “Ridiculous” which was very unprofessional in front of my family. Never again will we stay at this hotel or any holiday inn with service like that. I came back to add this to the review because I was told the room will cost $174 after taxes but they overcharged me and took $213.52 instead. They have not gave me my money back

Also FYI the breakfast is not included and there is not any signs specifying a charge of 12.99 for below mediocre food. The staff comes around and asks for a room number. I asked a couple of questions and they (2 staffers) could not understand nor speak English. I have stayed at quite a few Holidays Inns and I am very disappointed in this visit. I don't recommend.

Our entire soccer team had negative experience at this hotel. And the night we stayed 9 vehicles were broken into and no cameras were monitoring the parking area.
