  Staff was very polite and respectful. Everything was clean and the breakfast was amazing. My family and I enjoyed our stay. They even have an indoor pool. Shout out to Ronni for all your help! I highly recommend this place.

  We booked this hotel for my son's graduation at Lackland due to it being close to base. When we arrived in the lobby the smell was horrible. Its like they use dirty water to mop the floors and to clean. After checking in we always check our rooms/beds. The shower was peeling paint and our bed had a stain on it. We asked for another room which they didnt have so we asked to get refunded so we could go somewhere else. Tell me why the manager asked why did we take the sheets off the bed lol. Ummm we always check the beds since we have to sleep on them and our kids etc. So we asked the girl at the front would she allow her family to stay and sleep on the beds she said no so why the hell would we. The man tried to tell our other guests who's room was ok but they had a few things that needed to be done it was a stain from the sheets. Hell no it wasn't. So if your traveling for graduation do not stay here!!!

  We stayed at this location for 2 days. The room was clean and the location was easy access to the Air Force base. When we arrived at the hotel the gentleman at the front desk barely acknowledged us. I don’t think he said anything to us that he didn’t absolutely have to. I have never experience this at a Holiday Inn before. No greeting or smile from this man. When you walk in the front doors there really isn’t any welcoming vibe. Sterile environment. I did not want to stay here based on the interaction with the man at the front desk and the general vibe of the place. We went to the Saltgrass steak house in the parking lot and that is one thing I loved. My husband had a good breakfast the next morning and the man in charge was very friendly. (Definitely a different person) The next afternoon I saw the same gentleman at the front desk and he once again didn’t smile or say anything until I walked up to him to buy a water. The next morning my husband once again ate the breakfast but he did say he watched as a roach crawled across the floor. Hospitality is important especially at a hotel. This place has made me rethink booking at a holiday inn again. It has always been my first choice when booking a hotel. Not anymore.

  This Hotel is 15-20 minutes from SeaWorld conveniently located by a Texas roadhouse. It’s extremely clean. Breakfast is much better than most continental breakfast. The manager is extremely helpful. All the staff are pleasant and inviting.

  We had a wonderful stay at this Holiday Inn Express! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and eager to help. The rooms and bathroom were very clean, which is always one of the most important things for our family. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options, so everyone in our family was able to find something they enjoyed each morning. We did have a couple of maintenance issues when we first got to our room: the refrigerator wasn’t working, and the bathroom sink was clogged. We let the front desk know around 11:00 p.m. Since maintenance had already gone home for the night, they assured us it would be addressed first thing in the morning. True to their word, maintenance fixed both issues as soon as they came in. We really appreciated how quickly they responded and how seriously they took our concerns. A special thank you to the manager, Roni, who truly went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome. He was friendly, communicative, and genuinely cared about making sure our stay met our expectations. He even gave our 10-year-old daughter a special treat, spent time playing with our 2-year-old son in the lobby, and took the time to learn how to sign “thank you” and “you’re welcome” so he could communicate with our son. Those small acts of kindness meant so much to our family and are something we’ll always remember. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend staying here. Between the clean accommodations, delicious breakfast, responsive staff, and exceptional customer service, this hotel exceeded our expectations.
