The only credit I’m leaving here goes too the kitchen lady I’ve seen every morning since I checked in earlier this week. To start off the pros.. big tv that’s all Cons: nobody speaks since I’ve checked in except the breakfast kitchen lady and she greeted me every morning since being here.. I just passed the desk coming in after work today and the front desk clerk didn’t even look up and acknowledge me.. the night guy hasn’t spoken either but maybe acknowledging your guests is trivial to yall. You keep changing out my bath towels. But you’re not cleaning the bathroom or tub. I figured you did it maybe once a week but seeing it’s Thursday I don’t think my bathrooms been cleaned since being here. Soap dispenser is low. Love replaced my face towel and drying towel and drop my ac temp. That’s it. I’m a Ihg member and I choose holiday inn because I feel the value is there but only when you’re actually being attentive to your guests

The room was damp and had visible black mold. Location is good and staff was friendly enough, but I will never stay at this location again.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. On our first night, we had to request a room change because there was mold throughout the entire restroom. This was especially frustrating because we were only staying for one night. The following morning, we went downstairs for breakfast and were told by other guests that there had been multiple car break-ins in the hotel parking lot. When we went outside to check our vehicle, police were on the scene, and we saw multiple cars with their windows shattered. Thankfully, our vehicle was not one of the ones broken into, but there were several other guests whose vehicles were damaged. What was even more concerning was that the hotel never made any announcement or notification to guests about the break-ins. If the other guests hadn’t told us, we would have had no idea what had happened until we went outside and potentially discovered damage to our own vehicle.
