  Room was very very damp. Carpet felt very damp. Holes in the bathroom door, repairs are terrible. Tape falling off the wall. The room smells like mold and very humid, making it hard to breathe. Questionable stains in the floor. Ac leaking onto the floor. Paid for a king suite. Definitely feels like a motel six. Very disappointing for a family trip for a hotel that used to be known for good quality. Very sad that it’s non refundable and they are charging this much with all these issues and no fixes.

  Hotel con zonas públicas muy sucias, infraestructura muy descuidada y mal servicio. Estuve 4 días, en 2 de ellos no hubo café en el desayuno por que se descompuso la máquina y el último día no pude desayunar pues se acabó el desayuno caliente(huevo) y preparar el siguiente tomaría 15-20 minutos adicionales... El primer día tuve que dexirles que limpiaran el elevador por que daba asco tomarlo. The hotel had very dirty public areas, neglected facilities, and bad service. I stayed four days; on two of them, there was no coffee at breakfast because the machine had broken down, and on the last day, I couldn't have breakfast at all because the hot food (eggs) had run out, and preparing a new batch would have taken an extra 15–20 minutes. On the first day, I had to ask them to clean the elevator because it was disgusting to use.

  My wife and I,spent 4 days there. I was worried with alot of bad reviews, Our experience was GREAT!! Room was clean,staff very friendly, helpful,breakfast good, good ac, excellent location.beds very comfortable, Room service cleaned Room daily, the price really good and every night,hotel pretty full Thank you HOLIDAY INN I definitely recommend It's not a new hotel, but this is a nice hotel,we would definitely stay there again,and Jimadore Mexican restaurant, across street was good,but it's Authentic Mexican food,not tex-mex good price,bus stop outside hotel, Hotel close to everything

  Don't see how this is even a IHG property. I would not stay here if I had any other choices. As all the other reviews, this place is not a place to stay. Yes it has beds, breakfast, a pool, etc. it is the definition of a dump.

  At 49 years of age, I can say with extreme certainty that this was the 2nd worst “hotel” experience I have EVER had. Upon entering, the “hotel” smells of stale cigarette smoke & the further you go the worse the smells get. There’s a mixture of what I can only describe as urine, mold, & must. It smells as though someone breeds ferrets here and keeps them spread throughout the “hotel”. (No offense to ferrets) The carpet in the room we were in was so dirty, that I had to literally throw away a pair of white socks after walking in the room simply to unpack our things. (Thank goodness for Crocs) We did not feel comfortable letting our 18 month old son take a bath because the tub looked so nasty. Showers for everyone… only to notice the plumbing is backwards after one of us took a complete cold shower. We ended up sleeping on top of the covers and using our own blankets we brought. I could go on and on, but I digress. I honestly cannot believe Holiday Inn allows this type establishment to operate under their name OR under the IHG umbrella. DO NOT STAY HERE. If I could have given less than one star I would have.
