  I went and checked into the hotel got my room key and made my way up with my family, as soon as we walked in the room smelled of chemicals very strongly. I told my boyfriend to go downstairs and possibly ask for a room change because I have an autoimmune disease that affect my intestines so I’m very weak and sensitive to smells, plus I had my one year old and didn’t want her inhaling that either. I waited in the room with our baby and my boyfriend went downstairs and informed me that the lady at the front desk told him that all rooms smell the same and that they are at capacity. We sat in the room maybe 30 minutes before deciding we could not stomach the chemicals. I was a Holiday inn employee a few years ago and when this happened I’ve always tried to to accommodate our guest or at least connect them with other IHG hotels. We left , and I contacted the manager on the phone to explain to her what had happened and informed me that she had heard the whole conversation and when I asked her why she didn’t try to come help the situation. She was then very rude to me and made me emotional and upset. Mind you my father and I use IHG hotels when we travel for my illness to treatment which is every two months. She was hostile and defensive from the start. The manager showed no compassion, politeness, or never became a problem solver. It makes me upset because now that I’m a as a business owner myself I go above and beyond to accommodate clients. Honestly more than being charged for the stay it was the lack of kindness shown by the manager and the rudeness she displayed. Very disappointing

  muy bonito, habitaciones espaciosas y buena atención en cuanto al desayuno no había nada de fruta, lo demás había variedad y mucha tecnología pero si es indispensable la fruta, mi hijo tiene muchas alergias y siempre buscamos holiday inn por variedad de frutas pero en esta ocasión no hubo nada por que se les terminó 😩

  I had such a wonderful time here! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The lobby and rooms are spotless and incredibly relaxing, with nothing too overwhelming. They have both a front and back entrance, but the back entrance closes at a specific time, though I’m not sure what that is. They have security on duty at night to keep an eye on your vehicles, and we didn’t have any issues or problems at all during our stay. There’s a Walmart nearby if you need any last-minute necessities and a ton of fast food/restaurants. I’d definitely recommend it and plan to return when I’m in the area again.
