  Arrive early at the hotel front desk was helpful and friendly .The room the sheets had blood found a safety peen and the important thing there was no internet service was working so I couldn't do my job the 2 days I was there.Also the AC turn off dont know why and was super hot .The Ac had mold was not clean the microwave was dirty and had no plate pool was good but dirty the shower was dirty had hair .So housekeeping needs to be retraining and housekeeping Manager need to be trained as well because the Lil mistakes cost bad reviews time and money

  The location is unbeatable, incredibly convenient to walk or short-drive to Downtown/Riverwalk. But what I really appreciated was the attention of the front desk team: warm, welcoming, and remarkably efficient. They consistently went above and beyond ensuring every detail of my stay was handled with care. A big shout out to Mr. Patel and his staff. Light breakfast offered as customary in this kind of hotels. Good quality. Rooms were ok, quiet and clean. Free parking is superb thinking about the location.

  Literally, one of the grossest hotels that I’ve ever stayed in. FYI, Even though you can see photos of a Jacuzzi online, there is no Jacuzzi at this hotel. As soon as you walk in through the front doors, it literally smells like mildew. I couldn’t even imagine trying to eat a continental breakfast in that stench. But wait it gets better... One of our rooms has absolutely no running hot water, and our other room smells like dirty, moldy towels!! You can literally smell my room while you’re in the hallway with the door closed. Now I’m having to argue to even get a portion of a refund for the night that we stayed here. While I’m listening to kids still playing in the pool right outside my window at 11:30 at night!! If I could give it zero stars, I would! Do not stay here!!

  The hotel has been painted, so it does not look like the advertisement picture. Staff at front desk is professional, friendly and helpful. The hallways are very hot, which causes the front of my room to be warm. It takes forever for the water in the sink and shower to get hot. I stayed in the top floor on the end and the wifi would connect, but was super slow. Air conditioning in the room is too loud. Room was very clean, but too many other issues at this place.

  Geen aanrader! Het hotel was sterk verouderd. Bij binnenkomst rook het al niet fris, in kamer idem. Er zat schimmel op plafond en badkamer. De mensen bij receptie (eigenaren?) waren wel aardig en zich van geen kwaad bewust denk ik. Koelkast lekte water, vlekken in vloerbedekking. Ontbijt ook matig. Wij zouden er 2 nachten blijven maar zijn na 1 nacht vertrokken naar Rockport. De beste zet ooit!
