  Nous avons séjourné ici pendant 4 jours. Je voulais encore remercier la personne de l’accueil qui nous a tant aidé quand notre voiture de location est tombée en panne. Il a prit tout en charge : appels chez Hertz, conseils, attente,… Un grand grand merci à lui ! Je ne connais pas son prénom mais il sera à jamais dans mon cœur !

  I booked my room 3 weeks in advance as I needed a walk-in shower for my wife who is in a wheelchair. We showed up on my wife's birthday only to find that they had double booked our room. They almost ruined my wife's birthday but we made the best of the night and then went home instead. I will never book with them again. Horrible experience and we didn't even get to see the room.

  En general todo muy bien, instalaciones en muy buen estado. Lo único es que no hay personal bilingüe en una ciudad que si lo es. Y lleve una tarjeta de crédito porque hay que pagar depósito al hospedarse, o bien 150 Dlls en efectivo

  Una experiencia muy decepcionante Durante las tres noches que estuvimos hospedados, nunca se realizó la limpieza de la habitación: no tendieron las camas ni cambiaron las toallas. En otras palabras, durante toda nuestra estancia no recibimos ninguno de los servicios básicos de limpieza que razonablemente se esperan en un hotel. Al preguntar en recepción, la única respuesta fue que no había personal. Esta explicación no resulta aceptable ni justifica el incumplimiento de un servicio esencial, especialmente en un establecimiento que cobra por ofrecer una experiencia de hospedaje adecuada. Además, las instalaciones son antiguas y presentan una evidente falta de mantenimiento. El servicio de Wi-Fi es extremadamente lento y el elevador funciona con una lentitud considerable, lo que afecta aún más la comodidad de los huéspedes. En general, la experiencia estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado. La falta total de limpieza, mantenimiento y atención al huésped constituye una deficiencia grave en la prestación de los servicios básicos. Por el precio que se paga, es razonable esperar, como mínimo, una habitación limpia, toallas renovadas y una atención adecuada. En estas condiciones, no puedo recomendar este hotel.

  I booked this hotel because we were in town for my son’s graduation from the Navy, so I was really looking forward to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, this hotel was extremely disappointing. The pictures advertised online are absolutely not representative of what you actually get. The rooms look nothing like the photos. There is nothing warm, welcoming, or inviting about this property when you arrive. The room smelled dirty and unsanitary, the property is rundown, and the elevator wasn’t working correctly. Overall, the entire hotel felt poorly maintained and far below the standard I expected from Holiday Inn Express. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and it was especially disappointing considering we were here for such an important occasion—my son’s Navy graduation. Do not waste your money here. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless significant improvements are made. The photos and the actual condition of this hotel are two completely different things.
