  I’ve traveled to places around the globe since I was 20, and now I’m 40. I’ve stayed in everything from low end motels to high end hotels and everything in between. Hostels…Air BnB…etc. Never have I ever experienced this shit! ROACHES!!!!! Bed linen filled with hair! 🤮 YIKES!

  They really need a lot better maintenance crew for this location. It was quiet so I liked that part of it but the TV could be a couple sizes bigger. And the maintenance shit just walk around your room and look there's all kinds of problems.

  The young lady working the desk 9-15-2026 was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Anything that was in her control, she handled it with ease. The door was so hard to open we had to go back down to her to make sure no one was in there. She went up and said we to push harder. So that was one issue, it's just seems a little dangerous and hazardous. Especially, if an emergency happen and can't get out the room. The bed was uncomfortable and extremely hard. The tub looked dirty but I know that can be from being used over the years. Thankfully, I had shower shoes. I did like they had all Dove products like soap and hand lotions but I had my own. The water pressure was good and the water gets really hot. I did like that! The chair was really worn out and to loose to sit in. The room had a weird smell but eventually we couldn't smell it. The remote wouldn't work, so we had to go to the front desk for fresh batteries. The young lady was helpful and kept apologizing. Also, the hallway just had a bad smell and we didn't have ice on our floor. We had to go to another floor. As far as the breakfast it was just ok. I've had better breakfast from other Holiday Inns. Oh! They had good cookies at the front desk.

  My wife and I ( whice she is a Silver Elite Member ) Had a 2pm check in we got there a few min after 2pm and the woman at the front desk say " we have No rooms available ! We ask why ? She responds there are No clean rooms available, we ask well how long is that going to be ? She said I dont know ! After some time passed we finally got to check in . The woman at the front desk say sorry for the inconvenience, but im going to give you a pool side room ,so you can enjoy the view.. see attached picture . Well this situation made us late to my friends wedding ! The hallway smelled of mold ,our TV remote didn't work. Our stay once again was less than expected. We really need to stop using Holiday Express !

  My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. There were roaches in the lobby when I arrived, and once I got to my room, I noticed that the furniture was damaged. To make matters worse, there were flying roaches inside my room and also throughout the hallways. I immediately contacted the front desk and requested a refund. The employee told me he couldn’t do anything until his manager arrived. He took my name, but unfortunately, he was not helpful or reassuring about the situation. Seeing roaches throughout the property, including inside the room I was supposed to stay in, was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel and definitely would not stay here again. Management needs to seriously address the cleanliness and maintenance issues at this property.
