- RRRAQUELAug 9, 20261.0ROACHES! The hotel has great potential; it just needs a little more investment in pest control and maintenance. We had all kinds of bugs crawling in the room. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and two spiders found in the restroom, along with lots of silverfish. The carpet's gripper strip was sticking out, and I stepped on it twice. Be careful if you have pets or toddlers. There were even ROACHES swimming in the pool alongside you at night🤢. We didn't even attempt to eat breakfast, scared of ROACHES in food prepped. The mattress springs are horrible. The only plus I give is the AC was good in the room. If you're the owner, please pay attention to the negative reviews as they are similar and easy to fix. A little maintenance and good pest control will be worth doing even if you charge a little more. If not, this will lose Holiday Inn prestige and your qualifications to run under its name, instead turning into a Motel. It's that simple.

I went to the hotel to make sure I was at the right motel.showed them The room key. They said someone else had the room. I said I know someone from corporate got the room for me. I don’t know who but someone got me in a room. Can you tell me their name. They wouldn’t tell me the name. So I was forced to sleep in the pick up.

Service was great at check in! Hotel isnt the cleanest but definitely NOT the worse I've stayed in. We are only here for the night so it will do. Very convient to interstate 410 and 37 on way to corpus.
