One of the best IHG hotel i have stayed in USA. Really great customer service, felt good to be a ihg club member. Special thanks to all the staff members and Sabrina (hopefully I remembered the name right) Thanks

I had a fantastic stay here during a recent business trip. The rooms are clean and the hotel has a very modern look and feel. The exposed brick inside the rooms adds a nice touch. Breakfast was really good, and all of the staff I interacted with were great. Free parking was a nice bonus, and the parking area itself felt secure.

The room and location is good for the air port. However you hear every door shut from inside your room.

Hab. limpias y completas, camas cómodas, desayuno rico y completo, alberca siempre limpia . Pero quisiera destacar el servicio del personal, sobre todo de la manager. Es muy amable y servicial. Gracias por todas sus atenciones 🤩 todos hacen un excelente trabajo en ese hotel.

Great hotel with an excellent value for the price. The location is convenient, with easy access to U.S. 281 and Loop 1604, making it simple to get anywhere in the area. While the property is a bit older, it has clearly been renovated in recent years and has a modern, updated feel. The complimentary breakfast is solid, and the Holiday Inn Express cinnamon rolls are always a highlight. My only minor complaint is that some rooms can experience noticeable highway noise.
