  The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the people at the front desks and those preparing breakfast. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.

  My stay at Holiday Inn Express was truly impressive. The service was excellent from the moment I arrived. The breakfast biscuits were extremely delicious, and the happy hour was a great touch — the staff made it even better with their friendly attitude. I was especially impressed with Sabrina at check‑in. She was courteous, friendly, and has an awesome personality. Awesome People skills. She made me feel welcomed right away. I’m very happy with my visit and highly recommend this location. I will Definitely will be back soon!!! Loved it ! 🥰

  Great service: Michael at the front desk. He was friendly, attentive, and respectful. He is the reason this is not a 1-star rating. Wildly inappropriate, rude, and wrong: Leo, the shuttle driver. When he asked where we were headed and learned we were on our way back home to Japan, his response (in front of my 10 year old son, mind you) was to say, "Oh, watch out what you eat out there. It might be dog meat." That is an incredibly racist, hurtful, and disrespectful thing to say about a culture he clearly knows nothing about! Please educate this ignorant soul and ensure he sticks to being the otherwise good shuttle driver he may be.

  Your a guest here until you're not, they said check out was at 2, they locked me out of the room at 12, the so call head desk girl was super rude, I had to call my son at work to get them to give me a key to get back in for our stuff and I'm pretty sure she charged extra for being 1 minute late, which she made me because she locked me out early. SCAMMING!! ANYTHING FOR A BUCK. Make sure you check out at 11 am even if they say late check out, or they'll get you too. 😡🤬

  Friendly staff and clean hotel. The only thing inconvenient was the elevator being broken and only one used for all floors. This caused long wait times and incidents of having to haul items through the stairs. Other than that I recommend this hotel.
