  Adriana at the front desk was such a positive vibe that I would come back just for her. She was courteous, professional and even recommended us a great bbq place. At only half a mile from the airport and a free shuttle you can’t beat this place.

  Wow . If i could give this hotel 10 ⭐️s i would . Lets start with the rooms . Most comfortable beds, very spacious rooms, very very clean . Rooms come with a kitchen , Dishwasher , stove , dishes and everything you need just like if you were at home . They have a selection of kitchen appliances ( air fryer , waffle maker , George Foreman etc.) for rent downstairs and a quick phonecall and someone will be at your door with whatever you need . I was blow drying my hair and the blow dryer broke mid drying. I called downstairs and within two minutes I had a new blow dryer in my hand. They also have a selection of board games, DVDs, and books to rent. The beds are absolutely heavenly. Very very clean rooms, no roaches, no dust absolutely no complaints about the rooms . It is wonderful. What really stands out about this place is the staff. I have been traveling many years and I have been staying here for about a week. Nowhere else have I been greeted and treated with so much respect , friendliness and professionalism. Any issues or problems i may have had with my scheduling were immediately addressed and taken care of with help of the front desk team . Room service staff is accommodating and swift and reliable. Anything i needed i got immediately. The hotel has a gym, a laundry room, which by the way, washer and dryer is free( no squirreling around trying to find quarters) And is in a great location between the two main highways right by the airport. I have been staying in multiple San Antonio hotels and this one is by far the best one around. I want to take the time to recognize a few people that make my stay absolutely flawless. Claudia, Joanne, Audryanna Danielle and Veer I want to thank you all for making our stay perfect and memorable. We will be recommending this place to all our family member and friends. If you want a worry less vacation I highly recommend you come here Thank you again for we will be back.

  This place has more break ins on customers cars then ive ever dealt with. 1st night here 5 cars and almost every other night another few cars. Internet is sketchy at best. Customer service is shaky. Rooms cleaning are supposed to be one a week n were on week 2. So the company doesnt care. Its sad bc candlewood suites are normally good!

  I saw on the news the break ins. Its not a this hotel thing its a San Antonio issue. SAPD does nothing about it. Always a go to for me and my family. Hotel is always clean and comfortable. Joanna is the best and has really cleaned this hotel up. Customer satisfaction is the best here. We have never had any issues.

  Deserves NO STARS…Do not stay here. We stayed here while our house was getting worked on and they broke into our vehicle a total of 3 times over the course of 4 days. Shattered windows all three times. The owner took no accountability and we had no recourse. There were between 5-8 vehicles broken into each night we were here. When it happened the first time we were upset but thought it just happened by chance. We got the window fixed and that same night they broke another window. We spoke to the hotel and they assured us that they were going to put security in the parking lot. But they didn’t so we got broken into again. Again with no recourse and the management and owner just washed their hands of it. The local TV station came by and do a story on the second night because there were over 10 vehicles broken into. The owner (this is a franchise) just mumbled something in Indian and hid in his office when I confronted him. We called the police and of course there is nothing they can do but take a report. We will be filing with corporate but please do heed warning…they will break into your vehicle. This place is trash. It totally feels like an inside job.
