    I definitely recommend coming back to this hotel. It was very clean. The staff is very respectful.. If you need anything, they’re there with no problems.. I highly recommend!! 10 out 10 .. Definitely a 10

    I had a fantastic experience at the Candlewood Suites. I arrived exhausted after a six-hour flight delay, to find that the front desk agent. They completely turned the situation around so I immediately upgraded my suite. The room itself was pristine. The blackout curtains actually work, the mattress felt like a cloud, and the showerhead had incredible water pressure. The location made it incredibly easy to access downtown. AND IT WAS PET FRIENDLY!!! 😊 A hotel can have beautiful decor, but it is the staff that makes it truly world-class. All the staff went above and beyond and because of their stellar service, I will definitely stay here every time I visit the city. Highly recommended!

    10/10 do not recommend. Last night my vehicle as well as several others had our windows busted out and the security just watched it happen. Front desk said oh well. In response to the “team” that works here, what is the point of security if they don’t SECURE the area. How am I supposed to feel comfortable parking my vehicle there if the security guard is going to just flee and call for help. What is your purpose at this point? Armed security it’s probably a good idea.

    Several cars were broken into throughout the duration of my 2 week stay. Room was nice and was cleaned on a regular basis. Management did offer to pay for damages.

    This is a great place to stay. They are very professional, very accommodating. They always go out of there way to make you feel special. I would highly recommend staying here if your ever in San Antonio to visit or for work
