Sporadic and random obnoxiously loud beeping from I’m assuming is the smoke detector maybe every 30 minutes to an hour; called the front desk and they said they turned it off but it kept going. I requested a room change but was told all rooms are full. It is 6:00am, I am unable to sleep and anxious about the beeping going off again.

The woman at the front desk was super nice and upgraded us to a suite. The room was large and very clean. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay here again. (Plus, the hotel is 5 minutes away from the Northstar Mall.)

I stayed at Candlewood twice within the week. I have to say they should be rated higher. Very quiet, very clean rooms, very affordable, conveniently close to the airport, staff was very courteous, laundry access was a plus, 24 hr airport shuttle service was a game changer for me, along with the unlimited coffee. Overall, I would recommend any and everyone to stay at Candlewood Suites!!

These studios are the best I’ve seen anywhere! The rooms are large and look practically new. The bed was comfortable, and the TV had a good selection of channels, including movie channels. The front desk staff, especially Claudia and Joanna, were very professional and helpful. Keep up the good work!

Spacious, Friendly, and Cleanly are the three words I use to describe this property. Since I arrived I’ve been met with nothing less than SUPERB HOSPITALITY; truly feels like my home away from home. Definitely planning to stay here a while and looking forward to any future bookings with this company and property 😇
