  Cleaning near the walls need done better. And in the tables where the lamps go. Also I left my towels on the floor in the shower, hoping to get clean ones and came back to the same towels on the floor. And rug was not vaccumed

  DO NOT STAY HERE. We checked in last night (9/26) and were placed in room 209, where we immediately found numerous bugs in the shower. We reported it and were moved to room 206 by front desk. Room 206 had dead roaches, a bathtub that wouldn’t drain, dusty furniture, and filthy carpet. My daughter’s feet were BLACK from simply walking on the carpet. I also woke up feeling bites on my back. We requested a refund today and checked out early because we no longer felt safe or comfortable staying here. Marie at the front desk refused, saying we had “used the amenities.” When I asked how comfortable she would be letting her own daughters stay in a room with roaches, her response was that she would simply “sweep them up.” What makes this even worse is that Marie reportedly told Priceline and Best Western Corporate that there were NO bugs in room 209. That is false. My husband photographed the bugs in that room. We have photographic evidence of the conditions in both rooms and are prepared to provide it. We were supposed to stay until tomorrow. Instead, we checked out early (9/27) because of the conditions and the way our concerns were handled. Best Western needs to seriously review how this situation was handled by the front desk, particularly Marie’s conduct and the statements made to Priceline and Corporate. The rooms were unacceptable, but denying what we experienced and refusing to take it seriously was worse. If you are traveling with children, I would think twice before staying here.

  Es absurdo que no dejen llevar el desayuno a tu habitación, entonces como puedo traer comida del exterior? Eso significa que ensuciare mas y no limpiaran adecuadamente? Ademas reserve una habitación y al llegar al lugar la cambiaron por una que no quería, el olor del aire acondicionado era horrible (como si viajaras en un autobús muy viejo), por ese precio prefiero conseguir algo con Marriot, tienen estudios con cocina integrada y a un precio similar.

  Staff was great, breakfast was great it’s just the room was so gross. Yellow mystery stains on the sheets, bathroom was gross, shower curtain smelled musty and like onion BO. There was hair from previous guest everywhere like they didn’t even try to clean. Like there was dried soap even. Even the walls were dirty. Great staff but needs better housekeeping.

  The hotel was perfect for what I came to do in Texas, right near the Air Force graduation location. I felt safe there. They offer breakfast starting at 6 am and I found the place to be clean. I recommend it. I traveled alone. Thank U 🙏
