    The only problem i had was the bed had a big ditch in center. Very uncomfortable. I spoke to front desk and told them to get rid of mattress.

    They lied about waving their early check in fee over the phone and didn’t have the room we booked so they up charged us to book a king suite instead

    Front desk guy was very professional and courteous. Our room was clean and comfortable, also very quiet. We had to leave before breakfast was available, but we did use the room service for dinner the night before and it was good. We had a very pleasant experience, will return in the future, and will definitely recommend!

    The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms stay very cool. The water doesn't get very hot so if you are used to taking really hot showers, be aware. The location is a little annoying for heading into San Antonio as you have to make a slight detour to make a u-turn that will add about 5 minutes to your drive into the city.
