  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Everyone made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to José, who went above and beyond to make our stay even better. His kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service truly made a difference. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided a great overall experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The only disappointment was the Tesla charger. It has been reported as damaged since February 2026 and still has not been repaired. Unfortunately, it continues to be listed as available on the hotel's website, which can be misleading for Tesla owners who choose this hotel expecting to charge their vehicles. We hope this issue is resolved soon, as it would make an otherwise excellent stay even better. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

  They didn’t have coffee cups. I the morning when I when down for breakfast and I wanted to get a coffee. They had coffee but they didn’t had coffee cups 😢

  Horrible experience from start to finish. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it advertised EV charging. Upon arrival, we discovered there was only a single charging stall, and it was not even functional. It felt misleading, as though the amenity was advertised simply to attract EV owners without actually providing a usable charging option. The problems continued at check-in. We specifically requested a higher-floor room and were assigned one on the 4th floor. However, when we reached the elevator, we found it was out of service with no repair personnel on site. It is unclear why guests were still being assigned rooms on higher floors when the elevator was not working. We returned to the front desk and requested a room on the first floor, only to be told that none were available. The situation was made worse by the lack of professionalism and friendliness from the reception staff, who seemed more inconvenienced than concerned about resolving the issue. Ultimately, we had no choice but to cancel our reservation and find accommodations elsewhere. Between the misleading EV charging advertisement, the broken elevator, and the poor customer service, this was an extremely disappointing experience that I would not recommend to other travelers.
