  worst stay ever. travelled for work for an extended stay, It’s easier to say what was right than wrong because it was that bad. Elevator down and guess who’s not on the first floor. Hot tub ice machine down, hot water in the shower nope. Cherry on top is i didn’t receive a room key because they had an error with their systems. Supposedly on day 2 it should be resolved, NOPE! Day 3 got back after a long day to find out my door wasn’t opening even with the assistance of hotel staff. I kept having the same gentleman assist me, and he was very polite and tried to be as helpful as he could, but when you work all day and all you want to do is go in the room to relax and you can’t, it’s insane.. If my boss wasn’t out of town, i would be blowing up the phone asking to be moved, worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at. Edit..so after waiting an hour to get into my room we were told we could not call the fire department to help us because I chose to stay. That came from the hotel manager. For clarification i did not book the room, my district manager did on behalf of my company i work for. I was booked there as it had a four star rating, which is a joke so to the Manager get some more training on how to talk to your guest because it certainly was not my fault that I chose to stay there when I was put up there by my company, and as soon as I called, I left the facilities as soon as I was able to retrieve my belongings shame on you.

  It's been great. I was going to have trouble going up the steps, because the elevator was being worked on. Ally went out of her way to find me a room on the 1st floor. That was awesome customer service. Rooms are clean and close access to foods and highway.

  It’s crazy how they charge &180 dollars a night, but the room is not worth what they asking for, come on, people worked hard for their money as well. If you guys will charge that much, at least make it worth it.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay & Phenomenal Customer Service! I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The hotel was welcoming, comfortable, and the service truly stood out. I especially want to recognize Jason at the front desk for his phenomenal customer service. He was extremely friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. His positive attitude and willingness to help made such a great impression and made my stay even more enjoyable. Employees like Jason are what make guests want to come back. He is truly an asset to the hotel and deserves recognition for the exceptional service he provides! Thank you, Jason, for making my stay such a great experience. I will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Still doesn't have waffles on the weekdays tho for hard working people that travels 😔
