  This is BY FAR the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The Elevator was only accessible by asking the staff to open the door on the bottom floor. Then the next day when the hotel was supposed to get a lot of occupancy, conveniently the elevator is broken completely. When I asked the staff if it was going to be fixed, they just said “no” What kind of 5 floor hotel doesn’t maintain a broken elevator. Stay anywhere but here.

  Elevator is broken for access from first floor, 1 if the 2 easing machines is also broken. They serve you breakfast at the buffet instead of self service which i didn't care for. Facility was clean and comfortable otherwise.

  We selected this location as it is convenient to the Valley Hi gate for our son’s BMT graduation. The location is safe. The hotel environment is quiet. Breakfast is great. But let me tell you - Patty is AMAZING. She is the highlight of this particular hotel. 16 years with this chain and an immediate friend. She literally runs the hotel and the bar in the evenings, answers the phone, checks you in, fixes any problems you may encounter, and always keeps a smile on her face without missing a single beat - all by herself. Without a doubt, she is the best there is and in my opinion, deserves a much needed raise! On our last night of our stay, we made some additional Air Force friends/family, and it was a great night. Ron & Peggy and Erica - if you read this review, we wish the best for you all, and your grandson & niece. Y'all are the best too & if you come across this review - please reach out.   Great place if you are going to graduation at the airforce the rooms were alittle dirty especially the trash cans and the elevator was broken the entire trip. The hot tub jets didn't work very well but its a great location for the air base.
