I had a pretty good overall stay here. Check-in and checkout were both easy, the staff I interacted with were friendly, and the hotel breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. The room had plenty of towels, and the mini fridge was great. My biggest issue was the shower. It didn’t look as clean as I would have liked, the drain was slow so water collected at the bottom, and the water pressure from the shower head was extremely strong. The room and bathroom also felt pretty dim, especially since my room was on the ground floor and I didn’t really want to leave the curtains open for extra natural light. Overall, the stay was fine and most things went smoothly. I’d just love to see some improvements to the bathroom and lighting.

The staff were nice, but the rooms were not what pictures made out to look.as far as luxury style. Got a King Suite. The room had a odd smell. The sofa was extremely flat and hard. My daughter and I sat down and we each sank in. The bed sheets were ripped and the bed pillows were like accent sofa pillows. Very flat and stuffed into pillow cases. Not comfortable at all. The shower was the most uncomfortable. Was got every after anyone tried to shower. The make of it was just weird. There was no shower door and water just splashed everywhere out. And the floor of the shower just looked gross. Like it was tore up to be fixed and just thrown back together. I bring my own cleaning wipes to wipe down, and when wiping down toilet there was pubic hair on top cover and on seat. Gross. Its pretty secluded. When drove up there was a skimpy dressed woman walking up the grass/feeder towards hotel, which was creepy.

The room had an unpleasant odor to it, the hot water in room only got luke warm, the ceiling fan was extremely dusty, the acoustics on the outside were heard loudly in my room, and some of the gym equipment was inoperable and outdated. This is unacceptable for the amount of money we spend staying at hotels.

Stayed at this hotel for my nephew’s BMT graduation from Lackland. Stayed with family but even if I hadn’t I felt safe- which is important for me. Staff was helpful and very nice! No major concerns really . Only reason it was a 4 was cause the furniture and stuff could be a little bit more updated . Not a huge issue really .
