  Never again will we stay at this hotel. The location was perfect. But the room had a funny smell and the door to the shower will not close. The room felt really damp and the headboard was dirty and there was mold on the ceiling. We had asked for extra towels and they wanted us to bring all the dirty towels to service desk cause they thought we were going to steal the new ones. Really disappointed.

  Staff is very friendly and place very clean plenty of parking. Restaurants and shopping stores close to location which makes very convenient.

  Its a pretty decent place, a little overpriced and different from the pictures on line, don't try to call the hotel, they never answer, if you call the front desk from you room it will ring busy, so dont expect a wake up call. The staff is polite and friendly, the breakfast is decent. Its does have a pool but didnt get to try it so can so much on it, overall stay three stars.

  ln San Antonio, for dental visit was very very sick after went to stay at this hotel .The man that front desk ran this Best Western was super nice so was the guy who worked the counter. They are really good establishment there. They’re very kind they treat you well and they give you any help that you need. I will be going back there upon my visits and I have no problem staying there. It’s a wonderful environment and it’s very comfortable. I love Best Western.
