  So I just checked in a very kind gentleman he walked me through the whole thing I wanted to check in early and he got me covered. The room is very clean and the shower was amazing. I love everything about it. Great energy!!!!

  Close to I 35, but staffing shortages have feft rooms unattended for 4 days now out of a seven day visit. I paid over 800 for service, and have received none, its a bummer.

  I stayed here for two nights and overall had a good experience. The place is quiet, the room was clean, and although the towels were a bit rough, they were very clean and white. The breakfast is simple but fine for the price. I was nervous at first because of some of the negative comments I had read, and I was worried when my husband booked it — but thankfully everything turned out well.

  The road to the hotel is closed but they are still booking rooms like it's nothing. There are no alternative roads so without calling them you will keep circling San Antonio in a loop forever. And they have posted the notice in the hotel. Very helpful. Avoid it. ----- Thanks for the response and I understand the pain from business perspective but if it's a known issue at least a courtesy email or text can be sent to the customer so they can plan and follow alternate route. Google map wasn't helpful and after driving for 6 hours , wasting 2 more wasn't fun for all of us with kids.

  Para empezar el señor jesse me ayudó con mi alojamiento muy rápido las habitaciones muy bonitas limpias y no hay ningún ruido todo muy tranquilo lo recomiendo y el precio es muy bueno
